Great work; fair pricing; billing is a bit "casual"...OK, rude. They initiated more aggressive collection activity for my deductible balance without first advising me I had a balance. I paid the balance on that first contact (which should have been my second or third contact, had they notified me of the balance due before pursuing it with phone calls.)
I already have recommended Brennan to a friend. The only minor criticism I have is that it took longer from the time of purchase to the time of installation than I expected. I was very happy, though, with all the personnel involved and the quality of workmanship.
I thought they did a wonderful job on the windows. They were professional and Rob communicated with me very well. However, I am still waiting after a year to get 3 windows back from them due to an error on their part and closure of the issue.

From the salesperson who initially met with me and followed up on all of my questions, to the two installers who worked diligently and skillfully, Brennen Corp. maintained timely communication, addressed my concerns, and exceeded my expectations.
They did a really good job when they came out for the quote. The window Installation was excellent and the follow up afterwards was excellent as well.

The agent was very good. She was the only one that seemed to have our interest at hand. The guys that did the work broke a few things but did not tell me. That the GM never called me back when he said he would call me back. Do not promise something you are not going to do.
They were really difficult to work with. They went past the time they were supposed to be done. Hard to get ahold of and call backs from.
