We couldn’t be more pleased with the transformation KLM brought to our home. They completed a comprehensive exterior renovation that included James Hardie siding, new Okna windows, and ProVia and Pella doors. They also helped us completely re-envision our front portico and added a garage overhang—details that elevated the overall design and gave our home an entirely refreshed appearance.

KLM is very easy to work with and is dedicated to making sure their customers are completely satisfied. We would choose them again in a heartbeat. Great experience!

Excellent Craftsmanship!!!!! I tell everyone how Amazing Maciej and Luke are! God Bless these young men!!

Communication, clarity, and transparency from start to finish with the entire KLM team was fantastic. From start to finish the project was a success!

KLM did excellent work, and were very thorough. The crew always went the extra step to do things the right way.

We had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish their attention. The detail was impeccable the quality of the workmanship outstanding the entire crew was professional, conscientious, courteous, and respectful of our property and our time

The process with KLM Contractors from initial meeting through the completion of the project was seamless. Maciej was our first point of contact and he explained their whole process. We met with two other contractors before we chose KLM. We were impressed with what KLM had to offer and are 100% sure we made the right decision.

We received 4 estimates for the work we wanted done on our house. KLM was, from start to finish, head and shoulders above all others we interviewed. Maciej and Luke, and the whole KLM team, were amazing. We can't say enough about how pleased we are with the results of the work and the comments we are receiving on how the house now looks are always glowingly positive.

Great experience!

Overall very thorough and detail oriented throughout the entire renovation project

I am very careful about making recommendations.
However, I wholeheartedly recommend that KLM will do a better job than any other contractor could do.

Good communication throughout the process, clean and respectful job sites, project completed to the standard I expected.

The work was completed in a timely fashion. Worksite clean.
The work performed was beyond our expectations!

They are priced correctly, flexible (willing to address requested changes on the fly), knowledgeable, well trained workforce and highly professional. Will be our go to for future projects. At a minimum, would suggest everyone that is entertaining a project, discuss with them!

We recently completed a major exterior renovation with KLM, new siding, windows, doors, replacing our old wood deck with a composite covered porch, plus a new front portico, and we couldn’t be happier. These kinds of projects always come with unexpected hiccups, and with all the rain we had during the build, communication was the most important factor. KLM did a great job keeping us updated and staying as close to schedule as possible. We were having a pool installed at the same time by a different contractor, and the difference in communication and overall experience was night and day, far less frustration with KLM and a much more satisfying project experience overall.

The quality of the work is wonderful; our curb appeal is now off the charts and multiple neighbors have already asked who we used. We absolutely love the covered back porch and use it constantly. Highly recommend KLM!

I would happily recommend KLM Contractors to a friend. We recently completed a significant project with them that included a new roof, gutters, windows, doors, and garage doors. They also handled the removal of our stucco and siding, replacing it with natural stone and Hardie Board siding and trim.

We had a great experience with the team from start to finish, and we love how our house looks now!

Beautiful work! Meticulous, listened to and created our vision. All of the different crews were kind and professional. Our house was beautifully transformed. We receive tons of compliments!

Thorough review of my house and complete quote before agreement.

They were very excellent-careful, responsive, cleaned up daily and tried to be as least intrusive as possible.

We LOVE everything. Nicest people to work with and they do the best job ever.

We are very much likely to recommend KLM Contractors to a friend and already have! They’re the best in the business.

Working with KLM has been, by far, the best contractor experience we have had in the nearly 25 years of owning our home. They brought to our project a high level of professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and follow through.

We have and will recommend KLM to others as we have had so many compliments on our home.

Definitely would recommend KLM to anyone looking to update their home! You will receive renderings of what your home will look like after the updates which were very helpful. Maciej and Luke were very friendly and helpful! Love driving up to our home now !

Respectful crew…the cleanup was impeccable. The quality and extremely high attention to detail far exceeded our expectations!
