Was disappointed in full explanation of how the system works between JCC-HOA-Fieldstone.
We like the overall quality of Jim Chapman's home. We had issues with the service we received after move in, but the situation improved when Tracye came on board. She explained to us in detail what is covered and not covered by the warranty. For the covered items, actions were taken in a timely manner, and for the non-covered items she explained why. We are fully satisfied.
I believe that buying an already built home would be fine. We were disappointed by many aspects of the building process.
Beautiful design. Very nice amenities. Love the open floor plan.
The house is everything we expected and more.
Loved the floor plan, and location of neighborhood in Cumming.
Master on the main. High quality construction.
Liked the home designs and the layout of the subdivision.
Fixed items found during the walk thru before closing day.
Like the home and the Nestledown Farm community because there are no homes behind you.
Overall a nicer home and much better sub-division layout than other places we visited.
Never unless things are fixed
In all, I think the builders are pretty professional. The people are very nice and patient. I am hoping (along with multiple residents) that they give the jobs to better quality subcontractors.
I was looking for a 55+ community and came across Jim Chapman. It is in a pretty good location. I went online and read some things and saw good comments about this local builder. They are an expert 55+ community which made me feel more comfortable that they understand what we need.
The quality of the home is fine. I hope this survey helps Jim Chapman Communities improve their company. My suggestion to them is to continue to act like you care even after someone has purchased a home.
They are a fantastic builder with very approachable staff. They are very professional and I would highly recommend them.
We love the community;p but not sure we would build another Jim Chapman home.
Overall, I rate Jim Chapman Communities, at best, an average builder.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Jim Chapman Communities as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
