Experience Jeff Holder Builders Inc. has been in operation for twenty years. As a residential builder and general contractor, our company has in excess of 150 years of construction experience working in Pickens, Greenville, Oconee, and Anderson counties.
Each project at Jeff Holder Builders has a task supervisor. Depending on the scope of work aligned with a project; there may be three to five task supervisors assigned to an individual project. Responsibilities traditionally considered as those of a job superintendent are done directly by Jeff Holder and his staff; such as overall supervision of projects, communication with architects, designers, and home owners; site placement, subcontractor scheduling and quality control.
Estimating/Invoicing/Budget Control We have a very accurate estimating system with an extensive database of material and labor costs as well as lateral costs associated with permits, fees, utilities, insurance, clean up, etc. Our process offers clear concise invoicing, budget controls and a time management system for project milestones.
Design Jeff Holder Builders offers its greatest value in a design/build relationship. We assist our clients with real time costing through all phases of design, affording them the opportunity to maintain a budget goal. We have experience with numerous architects and designers from across the United States and can assist in the selection process. We also welcome the opportunity to work with a client-selected firm or plan.
Location Our 7,500 square foot facility is located ½ mile off Highway 133; just a few miles from the intersection of Highway 133 and Highway 11. The facility provides administrative offices, conference room, wood shop and material staging areas. This location also provides us a central location from which to manage our projects throughout the Upstate area.
Community Jeff Holder Builders is proud to be an active member in many community service organizations and local charities such as:

Areas Of Satisfaction - From pre-construction all of the way to warranty items Jeff Holder Builders has been wonderful. Building a second home in another state is quite a stressful task to think about, but the staff made this process very smooth for us. I never had to fret or worry about anything. When we would come to check on the process the home was always as expected. They stayed in close communication with us throughout the construction and if there was ever confusion pictures would be sent promptly to clarify. I can't imagine using any other builder, especially after hearing "horror" stories from others that used other contractors. We have been so pleased with the final product and have had very minor issues that were immediately taken care of without us even having to be there. Jeff Holder Builders takes great pride in their work and created a beautiful home for my family and I to create many wonderful memories in without ever having to worry about problems. With the weekly maintenance check the company offers, we have been able to go spend a quick weekend at the lake and not worry about anything that might have happened when we were away. There is a lot of comfort knowing that the person who constructed my home is taking the time every week to check and make sure it is up to standards and that it remains as top quality as the day it was finished!

Taylor Construction does good work that is not shoddy. They are trustworthy and they always do what they say they are going to do. I haven't had any concerns about using them since the first time they came out and did work for us. Also, their prices are basically the same as anyone else's out there.
