Consummate professionals who get the job done right the 1st time, on time and on budget. Thanks!!!!
Kris and I are thrilled with the mechanics of the job that Rod and his crew did for us. Removal of the stucco, repair, and replacement was done very well. The painting sealed the stucco and looks sharp. The installation of the gable vent required some successful problem solving to look attractive and Rod did a super job.. The poured chimney caps and pointing look very good from the ground There were, however, some disappointments that could easily been avoided and I thought that I should express them to you. You have heard the idiom that the devil is in the details and so it was with this job. There are lingering mortar footprints on our Timber Tech decking that resisted power washing. This could have been avoided if two more painter’s canvases had been deployed, creating a path from mortar mix to wall. Two copper kickouts on the bedroom roof were flattened, no big deal. However, when I went up on the roof to re-bend them into shape, I found that one had been cut off with metal shears. I did what I could to bend what was left into a usable shape but I will have to replace it. An additional kickout was added in that location to address wall mildew, as discussed, but the other location above the kitchen was not addressed. This was either a miscommunication or a missing work instruction but I will buy some copper and create what is needed. The copper roof on the dining room bay window in the front of the house was not covered for painting and became spattered with paint. Rod did the best he could to remove large spatter. Since any rubbing ruins the patina of the copper, we asked him to just get the worst of it and the rest will remain. The screens on both the front and side windows of the dining room were not covered or removed and got paint spattered, as well. I tried to remove this spatter without success so we will replace the screening if it bothers us too much. Both my wife and I agree that covering construction debris with mulch is not appropriate. This weekend, we removed the mulch, raked up the mortar, nails, screen, tar paper, etc., and replaced the mulch. Much better in our opinion. Finally, I replaced the two broken outdoor thermometers and the hose nozzle that went missing.
They do high quality work and are very professional.
The people who serviced my basement where excellent and very informative. I have a great deal of respect for those guys.
They were very professional and polite.
We are well pleased with the workers and the job they did.
In general, the work is great. They would come back when I called them to do something and it was a good experience. My only complaint is that the company needs to come back with an inspector to make sure that everything is good. I was not here for a lot of it and when I came back they were gone. I feel like this is something they should add to their services.
They did very good clean work and an excellent job overall.
They have excellent customer service and they are very knowledgeable in their field of work.
The technicians were very knowledgeable and courteous. They were respectful of my property, they were friendly, and they did quality work. I couldn't be more pleased, frankly.
They were simply meticulous. They cleaned everything up, they were courteous. I can't say enough good work.
Jamison Home Services took the time to explain all of the details with you and they were very thorough.
The chimney sweeper was professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
I have used Jamison twice before. Simple arrangement, excellent work.
I'm very pleased with the overall experience that I had with Denny and the crew. They were friendly, courteous, and professional. Denny explained the stages of the chimney repair, payment terms, and answered all of my questions prior to sending the contract. I was kept informed during the entire process. The repair and stucco looks great. The workmanship is top notch.
Very happy with the work performed.
I would recommend Jamison Home Restoration co to everyone
Experience exceeded my expectations.. Fully satisfied with work.
The bid that Jamison gave us for our stucco repair was lower than other companies. The work was completed on time and was done very well. We would definitely use Jamison for other projects.
Very profesional and precise on time estimations and job to be done. Jamison exceeded my expectations and I will like to continue considering them for future projects
Sent it in in writing with payment
I had to call the company to have them send someone out to reinstall the drain correctly. I had to supervise the second installation to make sure it was done correctly.
We have already recommended them a couple of times. They have great quality work.
Pleased with the work and the expedition of the service.
Jamison called to reschedule 10 mins before my scheduled appointment time. It was frustrating to reschedule my & the home seller's schedules to accommodate Jamison. Pricing for chimney cleaning & inspection was fair but they wanted way too much for wash repair. I ended up going with someone else and was much happier that I did!
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Jamison Home Services as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
