Having a new home built is a significant endeavor during which questions and concerns arise. JC Jackson listened to and addressed any and all questions/concerns we had during the construction process.

Being in real estate I was familiar with JC Jackson Homes and they fulfilled and exceeded my expectations on my build. The ease of the process from design to cost estimates to build were commendable! The house is stunning and highly well built.

Overall the process was smooth and excellent communication from the onsite builder and the warranty team.

The ease of building out first house was amazing!! The JC Jackson team walked us through everything!

When you build with JC Jackson Homes, LLC, make sure you lock down a timeline.

My only hesitation in this regard is that I am still unable to understand how the homes were built out given that I was the first to sign a contract in this subdivision.

I do often recommend JC Jackson to Friends. The community connections and core values are present in how you are treated from walking in the doors on your first meeting to the day you take your keys. Building a house isn't always without road bumps, but they definitely provide you with the tools, organization, and expertise to make it as smooth an experience as possible.

I bought a new construction home built by JC Jackson. I am quite impressed with their work and the design of my home. The home is built well and has a lot of nice additions and my favorite thing about my floor plan is that it is very open yet still very cozy. I was lucky to find a house in a great neighborhood (finished when I purchased yet brand new) and I couldn't be happier. Employees of J.C. Jackson have been very willing to come back for just a few things that needed attention at the 30-day walk-through. Jarrod Martin and Andy Provost have been so willing to help me and in this day and age, some builders don't go this extra mile. It also helps so much that J.C. Jackson has a full working office that always provides you with a person to talk to.

Professional & Organized

Professional & Organized - Again, with J.C. Jackson having a beautiful office with employees who all have their duties, you always find someone to talk to you and direct any questions or requests to the correct person. Also, I have a text for the person I worked with Jason Fulcher. I have called on him a few times with questions and he responds immediately and has even stopped by to help me personally. You do not get a black hole when you have questions or needs from J.C. Jackson.

JC Jackson was the best contractor experience that we could have hoped for.

Budget - JC Jackson spent our money very conscientiously. At no time during the selection process did we feel pressured to pick more expensive upgrades than we were comfortable with. When there were specific things that we wanted, JC Jackson went above and beyond to find exactly what we were looking for.

Once offer was placed, all staff involved in home buying were friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Jason, the builder of the home, made sure every concern was addressed and to note, there were very few concerns.

This builder is so professional , attention to detail and his sub contractors for electric, plumbing etc. are also responsive and top notch .. the staff and head builder were helpful, courteous and professional in office and on site..during covid. If you kept such a professional staff thru covid you’re solid . I know because I happen to build two homes on the same street the same year with two different builders during covid and it was a big contrast in quality . I would recommend them to Anyone .. They will definetly build my next house and all my friends houses

In general we had a great experience. There were a few things that needed to be corrected. Overall, yes, would recommend.

From the time we started with buying the lot, Jeannie was absolutely fabulous!

I would recommend them with the caveat to make sure things are satisfactory and complete before you take possession. The staff is harder to get ahold of after the sale is complete.

I would engage the company to build another home for me and I have shared my experience with others. As with any home build, issues come up, but our experience has been very good with the Company. Most notably Andy Provost, Wise Choice Electric, and Jennifer Davis.

Additional Comments - The experience with JC Jackson has been amazing so far. We tried speaking with other custom builders and were left with more questions than answers. It was completely opposite with JC Jackson. Every piece of information has been open and transparent. Erick has also been very punctual with every step and deadline. We are excited to see the final product!
