Overall the process was quick and uneventful, very happy with the finished product.
Contact with International was not acceptable.
There is a small piece of countertop that has a defect. We called International Granite and Stone right away, and the manager said it would be after the holiday before we could get it fixed, which I understand. However, I have not received any phone call or follow up.
The job is . not done so I would rather wait until everything is done before I take this survey

I am likely to recommend International Granite & Stone LLC to a friend, but the process should have gone smoother than it did. The communication was lacking. I had to constantly peruse someone for answers.
I would recommend because compared to another company they had better quality.
Considering the company’s inability to communicate with us during this process while leaving us with walls torn apart to the wall studs makes us hesitant to recommend them to friends because it’s caused us a considerable amount of frustration. Simply being able to hear a timeline and progress report would go a long way towards letting us know we haven’t simply been forgotten. The fact that you require full payment up front is also an uncomfortable feeling especially now seeing how we can’t reach anyone to get any information about the status of our project. Tim did let us pay in stages so we still owe 25% of the bill and I’m sure if we left it unpaid after the project finishes and ignore your calls and emails to us asking for payment you’d be quite upset too.
The manager promised a $50 gift card to my wife for work that she did and it was never received
because of the issues I had, I would forwarn people to make sure they watch the installation. But outside of that, we are happy with it.
They were professional and a pleasure to work with.
We did have a few setbacks where I was concerned with the job. However, Melody took proper action and fulfilled our job with quality.
It turned out fine in the end, but there were a little bit of communication issues. The materials used were very good. We stayed within the budget. I am satisfied with how it turned out.

Jay Maddox is a straight up liar. Making it worse, his boss thinks he's the best thing since sliced bread. The only thing that says to me is that his boss is a slime ball as well. These guys make car salesmen and lawyers look good. They will tell you anything to make you sign their contract including telling you you can change your mind and get your money back at ANY point if you're not satisfied, contrary to the contract. They are hyper expensive compared to ANYONE else out there and have no better service or installation. If you need granite, see Jose at Classic stone gallery. He does business the right way, without unnecessary fluff.
One side of of the major counter top fell short 1/2 inch. I will now have to modify the point where wall is exposed.
I HIGHLY recommend IGS. It was a stress-free experience. Everyone was very helpful. And Trent that did the layout of our Quartz did an amazing job. Start to finish the best experience we've had since this renovation started.
There is nothing that I can say other then Anthony is awesome to work with and he knows his business to a tee. If I was to do more in my house I would differently have International Granite & Stone do the job.

IGS was horrible during install. Workers showed up around 1 hour late. Tools were not charged, so further delay. Instead of project taking one day, took 3 days. They kept bringing out the wrong sink.Dropped a section of granite on wooden stairs. When they were repaired, took numerous text's and phone calls to get invoice paid. When we sat down with frabicator and went over pictures of layout, one section showed a much lighter color. When questioned, we were told it was the way the photo was taken. On install, it turned out it was actually quite noticeably lighter. It was on the backsplash and very evident. When brought up IGS would not take any resonsilbilty for it. We had bought Quartzite, very expensive. They said to replace, we would have to buy another slab.Very unhappy with IGS, would not recommend. Other neighbors who used them had issues also, but on a smaller scale.
We love our new countertops! Installation was excellent and small touches made finished product better than we had hoped.
They did a great job. I had no problems with them at all. They were very easy to communicate with, and had a great price.
I think that Rachel, Lisa, Pedro, and the boys that installed were all excellent. They did what they said and said what they were going to do. Everything went very smoothly. I couldn't have asked for a smoother project.
My salesperson Tim Townsend was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding my project. He looked at my cabinets and brought samples that complimented the wood instead of bringing all of their samples, which helped me to not feel overwhelmed by the selection process. I was very impressed with his knowledge of their product.

Wes turner got me in early. The other companies heard I had an insurance claim, and they blew me off. He was the only person to show up. He communicated with me and handled everything like a professional. He is a good dude.
