I intentionally paid $2000.00 more for Integrity as I had talked to others who stated Integrity pays attention to detail and pride in their work.

My home is by no means a high end home but I take pride in it. I felt that depending on the area of the home will dictate the work crew. Neighbors who work in this field were wondering what the first crew were doing and there methods. Other neighbors kept asking me how much longer.
I would recommend or diswade others to use Integrity but would simply offer my story of experience.

Integrity Painting had professional workers with good client relation skills. Their work area was kept clean, they did a good job and stuck to the agreed schedule.

Good quality paints, friendly staff. Be exceptionally clear about your expectations and monitor the job closely or things may not get done.

We were dismayed and shocked by the poor quality of the crews “finished” product. Discussions with the owner were reasonable and productive. The very next morning a new painter arrived. His finished product was exactly what we had contracted for. The important part here is not the shoddy work, (that can happen), but it is very important that the owner listened and was honest in his opinion and then went on to finish the job as contracted.

This is the third project Integrity has done for me/us and I have been fully satisfied with all projects

You are in great hands if you choose Integrity Painting for your decorating needs. They are warm and friendly and professional at the same time. They painted the outside of our house and it only took one day. People may say they are too expensive but you get so much for your money. They were accurate, efficient and most of all, we didn’t have to lift a finger.

I was kept in the loop at all times with respect to start times, where the project was at, and what was happening and why if an area required special attention or was proving challenging (and my project was a challenging one). The workers were also always pleasant and courteous. They were also respectful and careful in and around my yard, as well as my neighbours'.

I chose Integrity Painting because of their slogan to be there when they said they'd be there and the quality of the job they would perform. No one showed up on the day they were to begin painting (date agreed upon weeks prior), and only after we called to find out where the painter was, were we informed no one was scheduled for that day. I understand mistakes are made, but there was little to no apologies coming from Integrity paint for their error. A person did show up the next day, but I feel they rushed through the job, not waiting for patches to dry, and getting the job done as quickly as they could as opposed to completing a quality job. My next call from Integrity was about paying the bill. There were no questions as to was I satisfied with the job, was the job completed to the quality they stated it should be and again, no apologies about missing the original date. I knowingly paid more for this paint job because I wanted the painters to be there on the day and time we had agreed upon and I wanted the 'best paint job I would ever get". I did not get either and would not recommend paying the extra for the services Integrity Painting claims they provide.

Ira was very good to work with. She was friendly and helpful. However Ron Klassen was outright rude, discourteous, and verbally told me he was over-charging me for the work because he had to come handle a couple problems on the site.

Our experience with Integrity Painting & Decorating was a very positive one. The workmanship was excellent and very meticulous. She was very punctual and kept us informed if there was any variation in her schedule. The house was cleaned up at the end of each day minimizing the expected disruption of an interior paint job. I have already recommended this company to friends for their future painting needs.

Their repair of walls that had residual wallpaper glue as well as repair small cracks in multiple places was well done. I cannot see any evidence of the initial cracks or that a repair was done.
