I would warn them that James and his dad are very nice and help make selections, but review the crew that they are sending out thoroughly and ask for examples of their work.

ISD installed a quartz countertop for my daughter's bathroom vanity. I found a remnant in the exact same color and pattern that I had seen at a big box store, but it cost so much less at ISD. Besides the great price, James at ISD was extremely quick in scheduling and completing the measurement and installation appointments. I think it was less than 5 days in total! So relieved to have it done quickly so my daughter could use her bathroom again without a big delay. And it looks great! Thanks ISD!
