The salesperson- what he told me about quality was different than what it really is. They scheduled but did not show up . When the guy called he said we made some mistakes with measurements but no one has ever come to take measurements so he lied to me and when they came to measure they actually made mistakes.

Had a good discussion with the sales person and got a good lesson on how there windows are constructed and why they are superior to other manufacturer's window. I did not, however see a good picture of their window and how they differed from the ones in my home. I was convinced that they made a good window.
The work was done to our Satisfaction. The employees were professional at there job and did a great job cleaning after themselves.
My experience with communication (or lack thereof) is the reason I would hesitate. In fact, I just passed on the name of Harley Exteriors to a friend interested in replacing her windows. However, I did tell her to be prepared to be the one to reach out for any reason. I am not trying to throw the customer service department under the bus. I am just wanting to reinforce the importance of contacting your customer once in awhile. That would go a long way toward establishing a successful relationship. It wasn’t that my POC wasn’t pleasant, polite, and willing to answer my questions - when I called. He was. I simply am suggesting that making a 2 - 3 minute phone call every 2 - 3 weeks to keep a customer informed or to see if they have questions or concerns, etc. could yield a total positive review in the end.
The customer care was amazing they went above and beyond to meet my expectations
I wasn't satisfied with the first project manager. I wasn't happy with the way they were dealing with the project, but when the project started they changed project managers, and it was fine after that.
Very nice, prompt, put in long days. One of the plywood sheets in my upper roof that has mold on it, was not replaced. Long nails all over the attic through the plywood- is that a new technique? Clean up only ok. Many small pieces of old roof and LOTS of grit covering everything. Two gutters dented. I never had a walk through when finished. I would have been nice to learn about the new ventilation and what needs to be painted, and what type of paint needed. I have since figured this out at the paint store. I still don’t have my official warranty paper work. For the price, I expected better.
These guys were awesome, they installed the windows quick and did a great job. they were really careful moving everything through the house. i would definitely use them again for any project.
They did a really good job. I have no complaints about the work, and they were very patient . However, it did take four or five months to complete because of Covid.
I work with a lot of contractors and Harley Exteriors have exceeded all of my expectations. During my experience working with them, they have been fantastic.
For the price, you get high quality work.
The sales process associated with my new gutter project and the tear-out of my sky-wall and install of a new roof & window set-up was clean and efficient. I was kept up to date as far as scheduling. Specific to the sky-wall project, the installation crew arrived on time and was well prepared to complete the project. The installation team worked well together and had everything they needed along the way. Previous installation contractors over the years had scuffed up and damaged my cedar decking and I appreciated the exterior decking and interior wood flooring protection the Harley team installed and really appreciated they way they blocked off the installation area with poles and plastic sheeting. They also placed tarps on the ground / grass where they set up their saws . . . these tarps kept my yard from being covered in sawdust and other debris. They also did the little things that made for a cleaner and professional installation, such as having a guy with a vacuum cleaner capturing all the sawdust created when they were cutting into the trim and windowsills. As far as the workmanship, I was very impressed and pleased. There were five installers on the team and everyone seemed to understand their tasks, from the supervisor down through the trash haulers. The team required little (if any) of my time and were welcoming when I stopped in to check their progress. The project was completed on time and on budget and the workmanship was outstanding. Their clean-up was completed with as much care as the installation. All in all, a very efficiently and well run implementation. The only downside was that during the sales process, I just assumed the walls would be completely taped and textured and made paint ready. What I received was the first taping, leaving me to hire another contractor to complete the texturing and taping. Specific to the gutter replacement project, the installer arrived on time and was completely prepared to begin and complete the work. This was a very straightforward project and it came off perfectly.
The windows were great and the installers were efficient and friendly.

I was really excited about these windows. Workmanship is wonderful. I love no condensation on my windows!
The crew did a good job and left the house clean. The main window in the living room wasn't included so we are waiting for it to be installed

We would recommend Harley Exteriors for affordable windows. Need more time to determine the efficiency of the product. Appreciated that schedules were kept and personnel were easy to work with.
They have good customer service and the windows are nice. The presentation was very enlightening. We do have some issues with the windows that we had installed. Two of the windows that we had installed have opened with no effort at all. The rest of my windows require a bit of effort to open them. It has been difficult to get in contact with someone in order to come out and take a look at the windows.
I felt that the installers had a cultural difference and a lack of communication.
