We were both extremely pleased with how efficient Harley Exteriors was and how clean they left the house.
My problem was that the company started doing the roof, got it off, and then they decided they couldn't continue because the type of plywood on the roof was not good on the warranty They added 6000 to the bill because of this and I could not go back because my roof was already exposed. I think that was a scam, and they pulled one over on us where we had no choice but to continue with the work.

Harley Exteriors was very efficient.
I have had questions/problems with the installation and appearance of the new windows as well as the performance of the windows and have had to wait and continue to wait weeks for a response from the company.
This is the second project Harley has done for us, and we've been extremely satisfied both times.
Their sales tactics are like a car salesman, they sell you the world and deliver way less than that. The after install support is poor, emails go unnoticed and the process to get something done is months. It's been quite a while now since I hired them and I still don't have the windows fully installed. The other thing is that when they ask you to sign the paperwork saying the work was done, don't sign unless your work is actually complete or else they will get paid and you wont get what you paid for.
They do a really good job and cleaned up everything after they were done.
The whole process was really smooth.

They did a really good job of putting up the roof. The back porch and yard were a real mess. I had to go out and clean that up myself. The head guy was a really nice man. I didn't realize the back wasn't clean until after they were gone. There was debris all over my garage and I'm not sure if that is normal.
The communication with Harley Exteriors was bad. The subcontractor's service was excellent. The project manager talked to me in a rude way. There were delays for my install.
The quality is good and the installation is good, but I didn't get exactly what I thought I was getting.
The entire experience was great. They gave us detailed information about the product and the installers did a wonderful job.

Recognized Excellence - I would like to recognize Janet from Harley Exteriors for her exceptional service. She was really great and very communicative and flexible as far as my crazy schedule goes. She was able to find spots for me to schedule the work. I, unfortunately, had two screens get broken within a two week period. She was great with scheduling replacements for those. She made it very easy. Everything was done very quickly but at the same time very well. It exceeded my expectations.
Working with Harley Exteriors was a pleasure and everything went smoothly.

I just didn't like the way they handled the paperwork. I was told I could cancel. I had been sick and wasn't able to.
I would give them 5 stars, but I did not like the way the master bedroom window was installed. The window did not fit the opening, so they moved the top sill by hitting it with a sledgehammer.
