I was pleased with how friendly and responsive the schedulers were at my initial contact. The Sales Representative was very thorough in his inspection. He was friendly, informative and answered all of our questions, going into detail about the various materials and installation types. We had researched pricing and believe we received value for our investment, especially replacing windows, although 75% still in great shape, after 30 years. Really liked that measurements and numbering was done for each window since the windows were custom. Follow up was great for scheduling installation within our schedule. The installers worked seamlessly, asking questions as needed. They also cleaned before leaving, leaving all in order. The entire process was very well planned and carried out. We received an electronic copy of our warranty soon after final payment.

The installers protected flooring and furniture from any possible damage, and even cleaned up brush and branches that needed to be pruned in order to give them access to a couple of our window locations. Harley Exteriors was prompt and efficient. The job was a big one, and they did it in an organized fashion. There were some weather delays, but they continued and the job was finished in a reasonable time. I would highly recommend them.

We used Harley Exteriors to replace an old sliding glass door that had gotten into a bad state and was sticking. They made the whole process of replacing it quick and painless. The new door is clearly a much higher quality than the old one, and we're still very pleased each time that we use it.

This crew did a wonderful job on removing my old LeafFilter gutters that never worked properly and installed the right kind of gutters that actually work. There’s no longer the waterfall effect on rainy days. The rainwater goes into the gutters and down the downspouts just like it should. I have also discovered that water no longer comes into my garage at the crack between the cement slab the house is built on and the foundation! That apparently was also caused by the old gutters.
