We weren't sure if they were going to be able to get into all the small spaces. My understanding is that they brought in a person of smaller stature on a second day to get access to that.

If at all, it would be with the timeline. I don't think it was their fault because it was over the holidays. It took a little big longer with them not wanting to work on Christmas Day or Christmas Eve, which was completely understandable.
They were very professional. A lot of the time I wasn't there, my mom was. If my boys were sleeping, they said they'd come back later. They were respectful of what was going on.
Could not have been happier with GreenFIT Homes' timeliness, professionalism, and cleanliness. I don't bother filling out surveys normally, but I was so happy with them that I actually filled one out. They were prompt, polite, professional, proud of their product and work, and neat. What stood out most was that they had to remove exterior soffit and pillars along the front of the house. They replaced them perfectly and left the site just as clean. Lastly, our contractor noted that Leo was really knowledgeable about the product, and used quality materials.
Green Fit Homes was very reasonable about accepting a deposit and then immediately getting the work done. That is critical to me.
Financial arrangements with contractors can be dicey. GreenFit and I worked out a reasonable financial arrangement related to getting the work done in a timely manner and getting paid in an equally timely manner. Another contractor I contacted would not agree to timely work with timely payment. GreenFit was resonable and responsible. The other guy was not.

Since we rarely have contractors in our home (prefer to do what we can ourselves), we do a LOT of research before having anyone come in. Greenfit Homes fit the bill after extensive research for our project. If necessary, we will not hesitate to use them for other projects in the future, and we definitely will be recommending them for others looking for good, quality work.
None on our spray foam project. They worked with us to fit us into their schedule on a particular day within a 2 week period and we truly appreciated their accommodation.
Very professional, timely, cost of job was fair, not overpriced. Everyone we spoke with was very helpful. Great customer service, which is usually hard to find these days. Since we had no issues or problems with our job, I cannot address how they may handle such a situation, but, my gut tells me they would try to work with someone to make it right. If need be, we will definitely use them again in the future.

Listened well to what the issues were and identified strategies and solutions to solve the problems. I have a unique custom home that is 35 years old and I inherited some circulation problems in my attic areas that required new solutions.
I have recommended to my daughter who just purchased a new used home and she will be following up soon to get an estimate for some insulation work.
