He was careful with everything in the house and a good craftsman with laying our tile in a complex pattern and building our a board and batten accent wall. He was also very communicative and personable - you could tell he cared about us as people in addition to working for us. Nick also did a great job when he was here - he took care with/in different rooms of the house and went the extra mile in cleaning up. Both Mark and Nick were very courteous with mask wearing in our house out of caution as my wife was pregnant at the time. Mike is a terrific project manager, balancing all sorts of logistics and problem solving while making himself available via text at all hours
