Emerald Sunrooms & Design is a 5 star company. This was our second time to use them to change out a window to a patio door. Not only was everything completed as promised but they went the extra mile in returning to confirm everything was in working order and we were happy with end result. We definitely recommend them.
Quality is high. Very professional. A little pricey.
I would not hesitate to recommend Emerald Sunrooms (and already have). Neighbors are already hiring them.
Craig and his talented team receive my highest recommendation for a job that surpassed my expectations.
The final, completed product was very good. We are very happy with how it turned out. The subs they used were professional and the project moved at a decent pace. My only frustration was the cost came in so much higher than the budget, and there was little communication during the project informing us that our costs were so high. We learned this when receiving the final two invoices.
I was very pleased with all of the work performed and it was done in a timely manner. Everything was done very professionally and there were no shortcomings. They told me what day and time they would be there to complete my project and they were on time and had every item needed to complete my Sun room. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a honest deal for their money and quality work.
Craig is a real professional. I am happy with his work. Will recommend to anyone
Emerald Sunrooms & Design exceeded our expectations! The quality of their work is first class!
Emerald Sunrooms was a pleasure to deal with and they did a fantastic job repairing and replacing a sunshade. They are coming back to do some more work on the old sunroom and possibly some fence work. Such perfectionists, I would highly recommend.
Under short circumstances, he was able to squeeze us in in a timely manner and get the project done quickly.
We've used Emerald for various large and small projects for about 9 years. They are the best folks we've ever encountered. Always top quality, thorough in planning and estimating, and leave is with results even better than we'd expected. We can't say enough complimentary things about Craig and Stacy Cummings and their crews.
Craig and Stacey were a pleasure to deal with. Craig and his crew were professional and left the job site clean and presentable. The screen enclosure looks great and the quality of work was excellent. Emerald Sunrooms were a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.
Craig and his crew far exceeded our expectations! They were incredibly professional and thorough. They showed up every day and worked diligently. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail was magnificent - it is clear that they take great pride in their work and everything was done to the highest standards; it was always more important for them to get it done right, than to just get it done. The job site was always organized and tidy. I cannot recommend them highly enough for any remodeling project - there is not one thing that could have been even slightly improved. They are an anomaly in this industry! And not to mention, they were all incredibly pleasant to be around! :)
Very good experience. Craig was very responsive to our questions and concerns across the project.
The original screen came in and they spotted that it had a hole in it. The order was resubmitted and I'm still waiting for them to set an appointment for the new install. They haven't been very responsive on that. I've called them to try and get that schedule, because it probably should have been done last week.
I AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT EMERALD SUNROOMS PERFORMED AT MY HOUSE. FRIENDS AND FAMILY HAVE COMMENTED ON HOW WELL MY SUNROOM IS BUILT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE CONSIDERING IMPROVEMENTS TO THEIR OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE. I LOVE MY SUNROOM.
I am completely happy with my finished project. I would use Emerald Sunrooms & Design for my next project.
Definitely not the cheapest but in this case you definitely get what you pay for.
Emerald built us a small standalone building in our backyard that was designed as a commercial kitchen. He worked from my own drawings and made adjustments as we went along. For all Intents and purposes, this was a full blown house in small square footage. With all that could've gone wrong, Emerald made this an overall, positive experience for us. Everything never goes right, and this job was no exception, but I felt they leaned on the side of fairness and worked to resolve problems quickly and professionally. I'd not hesitate to use them again.
He didn't have the depth in commercial kitchen knowledge, but he was more than expertly qualified to build the building to my liking.
Most of the project was great communications. We had occasional repeated discussions, but I rathered this than the wrong action taken.
The job cost more than what I'd planned for, but I had adds and thought ESR worked to minimize waist and in most cases by challenging contractor bids when I'd have issue with the estimates.
Without hesitation. In fact, already have recommended them.
This structure was solidly built. They built it to last and did not cut corners anywhere. Craig took my design idea and bought into. He made good recommendations when we hit a snag and offered some ideas to enhance the look as we made progress.
We've known about them since the late 1990's when we were looking to add a sunroom to our house. They didn't get that job, but we used them to replace windows in the the sunroom and also called them in on other bids.
They just built a second home for us, so no time soon.
Ok to publish
Kept to the schedule, returned my calls promptly, and did a good job overall.
I'm a return customer from some work done several years ago.
Craig and his team are upbeat and and very positive about what they do. I'm very pleased with the end results.
Craig is very good with communication both in person and via Email and TXT, all are greatly appreciated. He was very open to our ideas and we appreciated the open conversation about options and impact of each.
The final product/result of the patio cover was as expected, good work, good clean up.
Saw work being done in our neighborhood and liked what we saw.
No plans for new home.
What we had wanted was a weekly update on cost. But they came in under budget so it was fine.
The quality of work of Emerald and the subcontractors. They also had great communication.
Found you on the internet.
It was a real pleasure. They kept it clean and organized. It exceeded our expectations.
Craig and Stacy are the epitome of professional. They show up on time for meetings, and do what they tell you they will do. As first time renovators with lots of questions, we were very pleased with Craig's willingness to explain things in detail.
Our project took longer than expected. As the homeowners making decisions, we will take partial credit for the extended timing, but there were numerous days when things wouldn't progress. I like to speculate here that because of good referrals ESD's workload was increasing greatly at that time, and perhaps they were spread a little thin. So I'm chalking it down to good things leading to a lack of resources. What renovation ends on schedule anyway, right?
The employees and all but one subcontractor were a pleasure to work with. They were very professional and courteous. However, we found it very difficult to work with the plumber that was subcontracted with out project (Greg). He cut corners, was not familiar with code, and just didn't seem like he wanted to be working at the house.
You get what you pay for.
If I had to choose, timing and price. Those can probably be said with just about any project though. We do take partial credit on both.
First and foremost, they are great people to work with. A close second, they do not cut corners. I always felt confident that they were doing things the right way the first time.
The quality of the workmanship was satisfying.
I was referred to them by someone I know.
Repair / Project completed within the estimated time period.
Communication about the work and its progress and overall job well done.
Craig Cummings was recommended by our Real Estate agent.
We fully recommend Craig and Stacy to colleagues and friend . We will definitely go back to them for additional repair or renovation that our house will need in the future.
They are not cheap, but the quality is very high and I think it is commensurate to the cost.
I was most satisfied with the quality of the workmanship.
I was recommend to this company by our landscapers.
Everything was done right the first time, so they didn't have to come back and fix anything.
The guys did everything that they said they were going to. It was a really nice surprise! They showed up on time, finished the work, and left. It seems like that doesn't always happen. They were also very business-like and friendly.
I saw one of their trucks downtown, and I got their phone number from the truck. I gave them a call, and it worked out well for me.
I was a bit surprised that I got this phone call. The whole experience has been such a nice surprise. So many people these days don't care if they do a good job or show up on time. I was really happy with the whole job. My wife and I are particular about things, and we had no complaints.
Craig is great!!!!
I was most satisfied with their cleanliness, timeliness, and professionalism.
I heard about them through a friend.
It was a difficult situation to work with. Craig did a great job trying to correct a poor design built by another company.
I think that the job was terribly over priced. I'm not sure what the cost of materials is, but I think that the labor was much more expensive than it needed to be.
I was most satisfied with Craig. I was impressed with the job he did. However, there were a few extra costs, which I don't think should have occurred. Craig has been doing this kind of work for a long time, and I think that he should have known about the excess materials that were needed for the project from the beginning.
Our only problem was the sliding screen door that continually failed. The roller wheels were replaced by Emerald and the door worked for a short period of time before coming out of the tracks on each opening/closing. We ended up removing the screen and storing it. This was most likely a manufacturer's problem with the design of the screen door and not the fault of Emerald.
I have recently contracted with a local contractor to build an external garage. This project is about 75% complete and will most likely be our last major improvement for awhile.
None, Craig is great and his work is beyond and above my expectations and I was always please each time I used him for a home project and I wouldn't change a thing.
Craig is Great and I can only say I love his work
I would like to rate this a four plus.
The quality of Emerald Sunrooms & Design's work is excellent. I can find no fault with it.
The owner of Emerald worked for the company who originally built the home that we live in.
I would recommend Emerald Sunrooms & Design to anyone who is interested in them. Their enthusiasm is outstanding.
Emerald Sunrooms & Design was very helpful about working with our budget.
I don't feel that Emerald Sunrooms & Design fell short of our expectations. They were referred to us and they were excellent about making sure that what we needed fit within our budget. They were very patient and they were excellent problem solvers.
I was the most satisfied with Emerald Sunrooms & Design's communication and ability to adapt to changes and new ideas very quickly. I felt like they worked with our ideas and what we wanted and didn't just do what they wanted to do.
A neighbor referred Emerald Sunrooms & Design to us.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for help or looking redesign their home.
I liked how friendly they were.
I was the most satisfied with the quality of Emerald's workmanship and they way they communicate.
I have known about Emerald ever since they first formed their company.
I have recommended Emerald Sunrooms & Design on many occasions and my friends and clients have always been more than satisfied with them.
I was most satisfied that I did not have to do the work myself.
I heard about them through the internet.
I have known Stacy and Craig Cummings for many years. I would highly recommend them and have done so often.Although I have not had large jobs they have helped me on all my needs on two properties often. When I hadto have a roof replaced on an old house in Austin, Craig was there all the time overseeing the roofers, which gave megreat peace of mind about how the job was done and handled. He is a very trust worthy and knowledgeable builder. js
My son, daughter in law and grandchildren live in the same neighborhood as the Cummings.
