We LOVE our Master Bath. It is everything we hoped for and we give Elm full credit for the wonderful outcome. We had anticipated the "pain" of a big remodel while living in our home; nope! Elm not only gave us the bath we wanted, they made the entire project pretty much painless! Great workmanship and great people!

Quality Of Workmanship - Subcontractors were great but Matt & Steve, who are employed with Elm, are their Secret Weapon when it comes to quality workmanship. We had a lot of custom millwork done in our Master Bath: Matt brought my vision to life! No detail was too small for their attention.

Problem Resolution

Problem Resolution - Problems were pretty much non-existent since Elm is proactive, has great subs and employees. Maybe I never perceived a problem, because our project manager, Kevin, was so responsive to our feedback. Kevin was excellent at making sure subs understood exactly what we wanted.

Representatives with Elm Construction are highly professional, and more importantly, trustworthy company. We interviewed other renovation companies and heard the many horror stories from friends and neighbors about selecting the wrong construction company. Both Elliot and Kevin were always professional, patient and courteous. They also demonstrated a high level of responsiveness and respect. We enjoyed working with them both. We would definitely use this company again and would recommend without reservation.‎

Elm Construction provided creative solutions to a difficult renovation project. Their work is professional and thorough. Their knowledge and assistance with selecting appliances, flooring, cabinets, etc. was excellent. The few small problems- and there are always some problems- were addressed quickly and completely.
