The painters did a beautiful job painting the exterior of my story and a half 1925 craftsman house with 3 colors - base coat, trim and accent. The Sherwin William paint is great - very nice quality. I painted a fence with it and like how easily and smoothly it applied. The painters were extremely neat, applied the paint beautifully without drips or bleeding onto another color and easily followed the design for the 3 colors. The salesman, Drew, and lead painter, Jon, offered a few extra recommendations for detail to be painted with the accent color that I had not made. Their recommendations and a few others originating from their experience added a nice finish to the house that I had not visualized - very helpful. They were great to work with, professional, listened well and consistently communicated well. Managers, Drew and Colby, were responsive to emails. The company worked with me to resolve a few items on the punch list or that needed cleaning up even coming out weeks after the they had left the job site - very professional. The only significant problem was changing the schedule to paint my house that we agreed upon from the end of July to September. Having contacted Doxa in early May to paint during the summer to avoid the rainy season this was troubling. I spent a lot of time communicating with Doxa to make certain painting would occur as promised the second time - not a secure feeling. They did make up for this by doing a fabulous job. The painters were professional and nice to work with.
The Doxa team was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end! The leadership, workmanship, and professionalism were exceptional. When an issue arose, it was easy to work out a solution and the team was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure things were done with care. We are very pleased with the end result and would recommend them again and again!
