This company is super efficient and their employees very friendly. I have had quite a lot of work done by Donnelly"s and I have not been disappointed. Tom who has done all my work has always been on time, explained everything to me and has always done a great job, I know that I can trust this company.

Matt Bryman could not have been more pleasant. He was patient with my questions about why the new hook up was different from the old one.(drip tube and expansion tank).
There was an issue about the placement of a new bathroom sink. The company took notice of my remarks. And stepped forward to deal with the matter. We were able to reach a compromise
Heating guy was very good. Plumber quoted out of sight prices and got no approval from me! $190 to replace a flapper valve!?! Surely you gest!

hired for heater certification, failed. tech told me recertification was included in price no matter who fixed the issue he found. after doing the simple fix myself company said reinspection was NOT included and I would have to pay full price even though they knew what their technician had told me and that it was on this information that I based my decision to perform the work myself. additionally, tech was 1.5hrs late to appointment even though I got repeated messages saying he was 30-45min away. when i called to complain their phones were down, it was like a bad joke.
I can no longer recommend Donnelly's
The plumber installed the faucet wrong them said I'd had to buy something else to cover up the error. That's ridiculous.
I would recommend Donnelly Plumbing Heating and Cooling to a friend. I am very satisfied with the work they did.
We had used Donnelly on one previous occasion and found them to be professional and knowledgeable. We remembered Nick Lenzi from that experience and were very happy to see him on this second service call.
