All my experiences with Donnelley's have been positive, including the last time they came out. What I like most is that the technician took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything in detail.

Since having air conditioning installed I’ve been canceled on 4times for a routine check.
I have been using Donnelly for the past three years and have the full device contract. So far all work has been satisfactory to outstanding. I had another plumber who does good work, is much cheaper, but a bit undependable. so far, I am impressed with Donnelly’s quick response, quality of work and caring/knowledgeable technicians, especially those noted in question 11.

I switched out my old 75 gallon hot water tank with a tankless water heater. The service provided by Donnelly's Plumbing was outstanding and I'm very happy with the results. I will definitely utilized them in the future for any other plumbing issues I encounter.

Will not recommend! They only wanted to replace my airconditioner to the tune of $7.000, my unit only needed a valve that cost me $100.00. Shame on Donnelly!!!

I was on the service plan. My AC Tune-up was included in the plan. As I did the tune-up they proceeded to try to upsell me on a number of different services and upgrades. I had another reputable company come out for an AC Tune Up and they didn’t mention any of those things. They also tried to sucker me into a sewer line replacement plan that would have ultimately continually cost me more money. This was prior to the AC Tune up. The service plan was a sham to sucker me into spending more money than was necessary. I’ll never use them again.
