We had used Dave Fox for another project and a family member had used them for a partial kitchen remodel. We knew from past experience that they would do a good job. For a construction company they are 100% reliable and their work is of the highest quality. Over the past almost 45 years in our home, we have done a lot of remodeling and updating and have had some horrible experiences mostly with small contractors so we know it is worth paying more for the excellent results and not having the aggravation of an unreliable and unskilled crew. Dave Fox's staff was above and beyond in communicating with us and keeping us updated about when they would be working, when materials would arrive and handling any problems in a very professional way. From start to finish, all of the steps along the way in remodeling two bathrooms, one total redo for accessibility, and one for new floors, tile and paint came out beautifully. Gregg Stadwick was always available as well, honest, helped solve problems too. Honestly, every person I interacted with was focused on customer experience.

All in all, these two remodels were hassle free. The work done was exceptional and the few minor issues that I discovered after the job was finished were addressed without questions being asked. The 3 year warranty on work performed is a big plus.
