We did a full kitchen remodel with DRD Construction. From the very first meeting I had with Trevor at the house to discuss my wish list, to the estimation process with Ana and Tessa, to the design with Marianna and Taylor, and through the whole construction process with Dustin, it was the best experience I could have wished for! Every person I met and worked with was incredibly friendly, very professional, very approachable and answered every single question I had and dealt with all my concerns throughout the entire process. Using the CoConstruct app was amazing! I could see my financials, permits, daily calendar and daily job log from my Project Manager, Dustin. You get everything you pay for and more! Every trade that came through was very professional and very trustworthy. It was 2 1/2 months without a kitchen but the process was exciting and stress free!!! That’s unheard of and I will recommend this company to anyone who wants an all in one design/construction company because it all works so seamlessly together. Don’t waste time or money trying to do this with any other company! Any revisions were always updated in Co-Construct. People that were outsourced to do work (plumbers, electricians were reliable and always showed up). We had video cameras and there wasn't a day someone wasn't there at 8am sharp. Project managers were very attentive to this!

He went out of his way to give suggestions (with no pressure!), such as adding extra electrical outlets that I totally forgot about! It has made a HUGE difference, even though it's such a little add-on. He was very professional, and re-assuring. Corbin took over and he was awesome! He was SUPER easy to access when we had questions or just needed reassurance and never made us feel dumb (our first remodel!). He always addressed all of our concerns, complaints, etc. in a professional yet friendly disposition! His commitment to our remodel and ensuring we'd be satisfied was felt throughout the entire project. Trevor was very professional during the early stages when we estimated our project. We appreciated he gave us options and of course he does the best social media videos! Tessa was really professional as well when signing off on the final contract. She gives off a really good vibe, like she knows what she's doing AND she enjoys it as well. She comes off as being very experienced, a good asset to have! Signing off is a big deal/commitment (on our part) and we felt really comfortable working with her, asking questions, etc. She was a joy to work with. Ana, wow(!) ... she got really involved with our downstairs "fiasco", when we lost Scott, and when Tessa went on maternity leave. But wow(!), she took on the responsibility of our temp PM like a pro and did fantastic! We had some issues and she was so kind, understanding and made us feel (like IBM trained us) "it's all about the customer"! She was GREAT and we loved interacting with her! Oh gosh, Sergio! No words will describe the excellence that encompasses all things Sergio! He is so dedicated to the integrity of his work! Ricardo was so fun to work with too, and he would always tell me to "speak up" if there was anything amiss or unsatisfactory. He represented DRD well - that they really do care about the work, and not to be worried about saying anything we weren't happy about. Although Mariana was not part of DRD, I still want to give a shoutout for her absolute professionalism and dedication to our project from start to finish (and in between during construction). She was an absolute joy to work with!
