Bad Experience, shoddy work, pool is now leaking and they will not fix because pool is out of warranty. The leak is under the concrete around our pool, so there is no way this is NOT their bad plumbing that has caused the leak. Do not hire them!!

Great craftsmanship and can truly customize to your desires! Our pool is coming up on 2 years and we are still very happy! Everything looks great and the pool system is truly easy to use, we care for it all ourselves.

Areas Of Satisfaction - They actually had to move faster than anticipated due to my loan expiring and the crazy wet weather we had all summer so a project that was supposed to take 4-6 weeks actually only took a little over three!! No corners were cut at all to make this happen- just a bunch of people working hard.

Additional Comments - I looked around everywhere for a pool contractor before deciding on Cool Pools. They were the least expensive people around with the best reviews. I am so happy that we chose them for our pool. They really communicated well the whole time through the weather delays (Two hurricanes!!) and made sure that our pool was finished when they said that it was going to be. The entire staff is nice and professional. I would recommend them to anyone out there!

The weather (atypical heavy rain for this time of year) didn't cooperate with our project causing it to take slightly longer than expected. Pools are a major investment of money and time. Installation, setup and coordination of all resources is a feat on its own. Cool Pools helps make the purchase, install and setup of a pool very easy. From the office staff to onsite staff, all very professional, accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. Don't go it alone in setting up an in-ground pool. Use Cool Pools to take that burden off of yourself. Seeing other neighbors struggle with other pool companies and taking months to get a project completed made me even happier when Cool Pools was on point start to finish in a very short amount of time.

Cherie was very helpful choosing the right pool, travertine, and tile. Providing a schedule of events from start to finish was helpful knowing what to expect throughout the project. Every worker that came to our home was courteous and knowledgeable. Every question that came up along the way was answered without feeling like they were being bothered.
