I would tell folks look no further.

Lead Source - I think it was through Diamond Certified.
I can not recommend Cook's Kitchen and bath. They use several subcontractors, we had over 30 different people in and out of our house through out the project. A job that was estimated to take 3-4 weeks took 8! I was often told by the main contractor we worked with that items I showed a concern about "Were the best we can do" although many of them got resolved I felt like I had to fight to resolve them. There are still aspects of the bathroom we are unhappy with, but really just wanted the job to be complete near the end.
We were thoroughly impressed with organization of the business. Dave, is awesome and very committed to making sure we are on the same page. Our only complaint was/is we were not able to get the drip pans for the refrigerator and dishwasher my husband wanted installed.
Areas Of Satisfaction - The workers were professional and knew their trade. Bathroom looks beautiful.
I looked around at other kitchen remodel contractors. I went to various kitchen counter top places and 3 other contractors visit my residence. Dave came and immediately took rough measurement drawings. I was impressed. when I made my first installment payment, Dave give me "my copy" of the contract and scope of work in a binder for my own reference. Dave and the installers were very professional and cleaned up every time at the end of their work that day. They also placed plastic sheeting over things in the kitchen area for protect them from dust flying debris from the work they had done. Dave recommended a certain brand of stainless kitchen sink which I have never had before(I had porcelain for many years) and a certain brand of kitchen faucet. The faucet and sink brands I never heard of and went online to look at them. The home improvement centers and other places did not have this brand. I was very pleased with the faucet and sink installed. They really did an outstanding job.
The combination of their expertise, use of quality products, and attention to any problems that come up -- even minor ones -- are all very strong points for Cook's Kitchen and Bath, Inc. Those are the reasons that I would fully recommend them to anyone. Their prices are higher than I wish, but probably exactly in line with their quality work. All pricing / budget items were fully reconciled before the contract was prepared and there were no cost surprises during the job. My one caveat is that an owner needs to be flexible to schedule changes. Cook's Kitchen and Bath, Inc. has performed major renovation on both of my bathrooms in the last couple years. In both cases, I am very happy with the results. In both cases the job stayed very close to schedule until near the end. Both jobs finished a little behind schedule and it was the last 5% that caused the slippage.
I am truly impress with the transformation of my kitchen from start to the finish work.
