I would absolutely recommend Colorado Sunroom and Window. The Solara pergola they built perfectly matched the color of our house so it feels like it blends in really well. They made sure we were in compliance with our city's construction codes, and didn't try to skirt around them unlike some other builders we encountered along the way to find a pergola. We went with a free-standing pergola because we couldn't have it attached based on our city's building codes, but they customized the fit to make it look like the pergola blended into our house. Due to COVID and construction changes, it did take a little longer to get our project started, but once they started it didn't take long to finish with high quality standards. We're very happy and looking forward to enjoying our new pergola when the weather warms up a bit.

Follow Up - We were worried about the cement setting before they built the pergola beams on them, but over the phone they ensured there would not be any issue, and if there was they would take care of it.

Improvements - As with a lot of backyard/landscaping projects we've encountered in the past, the timeline does seem to have a large sliding window. Luckily our schedules were flexible, but it would be nice to set very conservative/realistic timelines for when the project may start even though circumstances keep changing with COVID, construction costs, etc.

Fantastic new-home-construction custom 10' Kolbe doors and windows! Absolutely beautiful to look at and look out. The triple locking feature of the doors is very unique. We love our new Solara patio cover. It has given us a whole new room to enjoy. I love that we can open it fully for sun or close is completely for water tight protection from rain & snow. We were able to get custom column covers to make them look more like Grecian columns to give it an elegant look. With lighted caps on the handrail and LED lights in the ceiling we have lighting options for every situation. The installation went quickly and the guys were great to work with!

I love my Solera patio cover! Colorado Sunroom installers (James and his assistant) are experts and very efficient in all aspects of the project.

I got to monitor an apprentice kind of thing. The master builder was amazing! He knew exactly how to get things in and the others turned to him for guidance. It has been a wonderful experience and we could not be happier.

Colorado Sunroom and Window were the most expensive but went above our expectations of what we thought what would happen. We had to add money on top to what our insurance gave us, but it has enhanced the quality of our house.

After hail destroyed my old sunroom cover, I dealt with 4 other companies to get the cover replaced. Of all the companies that came to look at the cover and give me an estimate on the replacement, Colorado Sunroom and Window was the only company to actually recognize the original cover and knew exactly how to replace it. They also worked with my insurance company to prove that their estimate was valid with backup to support the cost of replacement. One other company cam in with a lower estimate but their representative said they 'thought' they might be able to replace it but they weren't sure. That's when I advised my insurance company that I wanted to used Colorado Sunroom and Window and I'm very glad I did.
