We absolutely love our Solara patio cover. Colorado Sunroom and Window did a wonderful job.
They were very professional. They came in and did the job and it was far faster than we thought it woud be. It looks gorgeous and we have an extra room to our house.
I am still waiting for a warranty issue to be taken care of. I called weeks ago and they said they were backlogged and couldn't even schedule a date. This is not satisfactory in my opinion. I would be willing to change this review if they simply take care of my issue.
We had a hail storm so we knew we needed to do something about the room. I spent two months shopping online and getting quotes. Colorado Sunroom and Window were the most expensive but went above our expectations of what we thought what would happen. We had to add money on top to what our insurance gave us, but it has enhanced the quality of our house.

The workers were very professional and answered all questions in a thorough manner. They kept everything neat, clean, and orderly. The company was great at keeping us updated on any schedule changes. The workers kept on task with little or no chit chat.
After hail destroyed my old sunroom cover, I dealt with 4 other companies to get the cover replaced. Of all the companies that came to look at the cover and give me an estimate on the replacement, Colorado Sunroom and Window was the only company to actually recognize the original cover and knew exactly how to replace it. They also worked with my insurance company to prove that their estimate was valid with backup to support the cost of replacement. One other company cam in with a lower estimate but their representative said they 'thought' they might be able to replace it but they weren't sure. That's when I advised my insurance company that I wanted to used Colorado Sunroom and Window and I'm very glad I did.

I love everything about my project. It is the most gorgoues room I could've hoped to have built for me. The staff was great. We had one little glitch with a freak rainstorm, and Tommy and Justin came out right away and took care of the issues. It was an overall good experience.

Yeah, but I would tell them about how long it took to try to communicate with them and get things done. They finally called us right before the first of the year. It was a 9 month process since we put the deposit down and we're not too happy with the communication.
