They were very professional from the first phone call to the end of the service. We really appreciate them for everything they did. They did it in a professional manner. They had very good customer service. The workers cleaned up after themselves. I enjoyed Charm City Roofing and would recommend them to anyone.

Very easy to work with they are quick but do a great job on your roof. We had some rot on our roof but they ripped it all off and replaced everything solid job!

Cost was reasonable but maybe that is why you won’t be blown away by the work. No one who came the day of the replacement spoke English so I couldn’t ask any questions or raise any concerns. Whoever answers the phones at the office is not very friendly or helpful or did not always respond to my emails. Always acted like I was bothering her.

Communication was not so great or as promised. Have not inspected the work as yet, probably will climb up for a look in a year or so. Occupant of house was very impressed by 2 workman who offered to come clean up any dirt which may have fallen within the house.

Charm City Roofing responded quickly to the request for an estimate, which was free. another company that we contacted wanted to charge us for an estimate if they went up onto our roof! They kept in regular contact with us regarding the estimate, payment, and work. We were very satisfied.
