We moved into our Cargill home in 2019 and are still amazed by the intricacy of construction details, the quality of the workmanship, and the beauty of materials, from floors to counters to ceilings. Cargill worked with us to save memories of the old lake house by incorporating posts, windows, cabinets and artifacts in the new house. As an architect, it was sheer delight working with them as my requests to move the staircase and change wall lengths to accommodate certain pieces of furniture were never a problem. Each person in the office and every worker on the job was courteous, professional, budget conscious, and anxious to get things the way we wanted them. It seemed as though they were part of the family.

It does not get any better, they have it down to a science. They are extremely good at what they do.

They have been very conscience of our budget, as well as the high level of quality what we are looking for whilst building our "dream home". Every subcontractor that has worked on the site has shown the same exemplary work ethic and desire to produce a high quality home that lives up to what we've dreamed about.In particularly, Liam Cargill, who is in charge of our project day in and day out, has done an amazing job of guiding us through the many intricacies of a building project on this large scale. He is creative, innovative, and ultimately always willing to do his best to give us his best advice, as well as supporting all of our decisions. And quite frankly, it's pretty amazing that if I call or text, I always hear back immediately. Not many builder stories like that!

From the very beginning, Cargill was able to design our dream home the way we pictured it just by sitting down with us and letting us explain what we wanted. They were very good about taking our ideas, putting them on paper, and coming up with a finished product. We had a hurricane, tremendous rains, and we hit shale when digging out our basement. As a result, we got about six weeks behind schedule after only the first month, and they worked six days a week with ten hour days to get almost completely caught back up on the schedule. They did a great job and I couldn't be happier. The finished product exceeds our expectations. They were very easy to work, pleasant, and cooperative. Anything we asked of them they were able to accomplish, and I couldn't be happier.

Areas Of Satisfaction - My extremely positive experience with Cargill Construction began when they agreed to renovate my older home. I am aware that they rarely take on renovations and I am convinced they agreed to do mine as Bill and Liam empathized with my family's needs following the death of my husband. Their compassion touched me deeply and I know from other clients that they show a great deal of heart in all their work. Luckily their building skill is on par with their character. From the excellent designs by Roger to the skilllfull work of Joe, Mica and all their sub-contractors, one could not ask for a more proffessional group. Always pleasant, always reliable, leaving the workplace clean at the end of the day, they kept to the task and brought everything in on time, thanks in no small part to my project manager, Liam. They promote and presented efficient and environmental solutions, which are important to me. Honestly, I didn't think anyone in New Hampshire worked this way. Although this was my first large building project I do suspect that Cargill Co. is not the most inexpensive outfit around. I did exceed my budget by about 10%, which I know is not unusual in such a project - especially a renovation with hidden issues - and I'm sure this was in part due to my inexperience and desire to have all the wonderful things they came up with. In the end I received a superior product in all ways, and if their was a glitch during the building process Liam followed up immediately to resolve the issue. Months after the renovation has been completed he still checks in to make sure all things are performing as planned. I think a great deal of these people. Although obviously in business to make a living, they manage to incorporate their values into their business. My house is beautiful and was a great gift and I am gratefull.

Throughout the process they were just great to work with. They are smart, cooperative, and really honest guys who take great pride in not only the quality of the work they do, but also the manner in which it's performed. And all of the subcontractors they carefully chose had those same qualities. Communication was always clear, and they were diligent about strictly keeping to our budget. The workmanship of the finished post and beam barn is truly impressive...everyone who visits us is just in awe.So this year when we were ready to tear down our old seasonal cottage to build our "dream home", we were so happy to choose Cargill Construction Co. to be in charge of building the home that will be the place where our family meets up for generations to come (and what will be the biggest financial investment of our lives). Working with Cargill Construction on renovations of an existing building to move my physical therapy clinic to was a great experience. I had a house built 18 years ago and there was no comparison between working with Laim and Cargill construction and building my house with a different contractor. Communication was excellent and the project kept on schedule and the quality of the construction is excellent. I would highly reccommend Cargill construction to anyone for business or home renovations or new construction.

We are very pleased with the service, guidance and quality we received from Cargill. We heard horror stories about building a home from scratch so we were hesitant but Bill, Liam, Roger and Therese really did a great job leading us through the process. We are also remote so we don't have day to day surpervision of the progress so it was important that we has a builder we can trust. We are very satisfied with Cargill and would recommend them. We are looking forward to finishing the job and getting into our new, beautiful home.
