As mentioned before and to any interested home buyer, this is our 9th new home construction and Bercher Homes has been absolutely the best from the start to the end. We have now been in our Bercher home for over one year and could not be happier or more pleased.

Problem Resolution - It doesn’t matter if it’s a big issue or some little issue, they take it on immediately and make it right. No builder could ever be as responsive as Bercher. I have had larger builders and custom builders, Bercher is the best.

Punchlist - Punch list are done on time and completely satisfactory. They even do their best to pick a day that is convenient for the home owner and get whatever trade necessary in your home and out that day.

Warranty

Warranty - Never a problem and neighbors talk, I personally don’t think they are the best.

Bercher refused to repair major cracks in the Patio concrete. Offered to Caulk it and not repair. They did compensate with a $1,000 check. Sod was very poor quality. When replacing some dead SOD, they replaced patched with wrong grass. I had to have yard re Sodded at my own expense. Windows are very poor quality. Already having failures.

Recognized Excellence - The design consultant was fabulous. She created a work of art, and I feel blessed that I get to wake up every day to this art. We broke down the designs into stages, and that was very helpful. It can get overwhelming trying to pick out different things. She creates something beautiful, and I am appreciative of her expertise in guiding me. I appreciate the owner of the company sending out an email during COVID to let us know that they were dealing with logistic shortages with supply. He explained why some homes would be late being built, and I am grateful that he took the time to be open and honest about the challenges the company was facing.
