Additionally, I am impressed with the quality of the workmanship as well as the quality of the materials used. I purchased a roll of blue tape to mark up a future punch list for warranty work. After a week in the townhome, I have not opened the tape roll! Speaks well of doing the job right the first time!

Bob was welcoming from the moment we walked in to a model at Copper Ridge. He answered so many of our questions as first time home builders. Bob was always willing and available to answer questions and provide resources, even at times when we wouldn't expect a prompt response. Natalie did an incredible job helping us design our beautiful home. She was very patient with us and saw our visions for our home design. The selection options were everything we'd select for our home and more! Chris was very accommodating and helpful during the walk-thoughs and final pre-closing stages. Jenny was professional assisting with a smooth closing and also very responsive.
