Great builders and procedures to arrive at what we wanted (Design center, prints, checklist, etc).

We're very happy with our home and the way Bay to Beach has stood behind their commitments. The quality has been superb and if we ever had any questions they were always available.

Shelby, he was the job manger and he was very helpful. Also the girl we bought the house through she was very helpful. Every time I went to visit the house when it was being built everyone was very nice and polite.

I'd absolutely recommend them!! We are in love with our home...

We absolutely loved working with Bay to Beach! Everything from the first step into the design studio, customizing our home with Sales and CAD, meeting the construction schedule, dealing with subcontractors, and our final closing complete with baked goods and prayers, was done with absolutely excellence. We had delays in our process related to banks and financing but they were patient with us and accommodating. Each and every person we worked with was focused on getting us the best quality home without overselling unnecessary upgrades. Our home is truly a dream come true and more affordable than renting in our area. As a young couple, this is our first home-buying experience and will probably be our last because we hope to stay here as long as we can! Can't say enough good things about Derrick and his team.

They do great work.

I love them and I wish they could build me a house every year. It was a wonderful experience. You just sit there and they do an incredible job. I really enjoyed all of their subcontractors, they were great. I am still very happy with the house that Bay to Beach built for me ! I was amazed at the organization of the superintendents that took care of the day to day schedules. They were on top of everything that was to take place each week. Hopefully , Derick can find the right people to hire to keep the same quality that was there when my house was built. I plan to have Bay to Beach build a back porch for me this coming Spring!

I felt like they really wanted to build this house for us. They were very professional in all aspects of the build. There was never a time I felt like I was bothering them with any questions we had. they went above and beyond to finish this project in time for us to go away for vacation without having to worry about what was going on with the house. By the time they completed it I felt like I had made some new friends. The design center for selections is super.
