Quality control was questionable (matching stone, proper caulking and sealing. etc.) Extras on bill were not pre-approved and were ot removed when requested (Outside portable toilet was completely unnecessary, but non-negotiable.)

Honesty and integrity are expected by me --- found lacking at Barnes. They failed to obtain proper permits before completing work. When brought to their attention they took over three weeks to clear up what could have been done in a few days - causing me to miss my closing date.

It was a pleasure working with Barnes Custom Builders employees. They were professional, knowledgeable, and always responded to my questions. The office staff was pleasant and friendly. The project manager, John Cave made working with him very easy and he provided a smooth flow to the project.
