My pool was dug about 10 inches too low, requiring an additional step off the back of the house. It was also placed 1 foot closer to the house than the design plans called for. These errors caused us to lose two feet of space off the steps, which really impacts our layout, as you feel like you are walking right into the pool. I have brought this to the attention of my designer (Jeremy Seibert) and project manager several times and asked for a resolution. It has been MONTHS of waiting and reaching back out on my part as I continue to get blown off. I am extremely disappointed in the complete lack of ownership on Anthony and Sylvan to make this right.
