We are located in North Hills, Ca. in the San Fernando Valley, and have been in business since 1984. We cover an area from Lancaster to Oxnard and from LAX to Ontario. We’ve been known to go even further for our existing customers. American Patio Masters was founded by Lynn Taylor and his father, Cecil Taylor and we are truly a family owned and operated business. Just ask my mom, Ella Taylor, our office manager.

One of the reasons American Patio Masters stands out above it’s competition is because Lynn Taylor and Phil Bako, who are the only sales reps for American Patio Masters, are unique in this busness because they are not just salesmen. Lynn had ten years in the business building rooms and patio covers before starting American Patio Masters in 1984, and Phil has had over 20 years experience building rooms and covers for American Patio Masters, before he became our sales manager in 2003.

At American Patio Masters, we believe that building and designing better rooms and patio covers comes from people who have actually had hands on experience building them, and that our customers would rather have their projects designed by an experienced builder rather than an experienced salesman. Our goal is to educate you on what products are available, and to help you in selecting the correct product to help in designing and customizing your ideas to meet your dreams, and your budget. We carry all the necessary workers compensation and liability insurances. We are bonded and will be happy to provide you with any and all lien releases on completion of your job.
