Restoration Operators came to clean up a relatively minor incident after a pipe burst in our finished basement. When setting up their fans, they unplugged our sump pumps. After leaving for 3 days on vacation, we came back to a completely flooded basement. Restoration Operators failed to accept responsibility for their error, leading to a 8 month struggle with our insurance company. A complete nightmare.Additionally, when they packed our stuff into the pod for storage, they rushed and threw objects randomly into boxes. Several sentimental objects with little monetary value were destroyed because they got packed inappropriately. They also put damp objects into the storage boxes, ensuring that they would also need to be trashed.

The crew was efficient, friendly and were respectful of my home

What started out as a simple water mitigation job to dry out a wet beam turned into a massive asbestos abatement. The loss of my house for four months and terrible workmanship, and customer service from 911. Thankfully the employee that caused the majority of my issues no longer works there. I however can't excuse the poor quality of the work performed. after 3 return trips to have them fix things I finally gave up and had my kitchen cabinet contractor fix the last of their mistakes. The only bright side was that they were willing to start repairs prior to getting written approval from my insurance company so there weren't any further delays.

1 star, although it started out extremely promising and they were very attentive. As the work went on, items were not ordered when they said they would be and people were not showing up when they were supposed to. The job wasn't finished. There are still two outstanding issues and no one has gotten back to us regarding that.

Would not recommend them

During the COVID crisis they called to check on me. They started the work and everything was shut down and they did call periodically to check on the family.

They were very professional, caring, and they listened to any questions we had. They were always available, including Michelle, Jose, who oversaw the project, and Neil, that did the work. Everyone was very cooperative, caring, and professional. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

I am very happy with the project overall, but there are some areas in my garage where the paint needs to be touched up.

People were a little rough around the edges. They did not take there time running a razor blade around the trim before removing the board. The result was additional work to repair the walls because it ripped the sheetrock. They also did not remove all the nails in the wall. There seemed to be much effort to get as much money from the insurance company as possible. However, the insurance company, on the other hand, is looking to do as cheaply as possible taking many pictures: The end results, in this case, the job was complete but there was much dramma. We had water damage in a finished basement room. 911 came out and setup dehumidifies and dryers as planned and this worked well. They were also supposed to take out all damaged materials and household goods. They did this and left materials in my exterior patio room. They were supposed to take it all offsite. This didn’t happen after at least one come back. I still have bags of wet ceiling tiles to dispose of myself. The rest of their work was fine. They were responsive but I am not certain a their workers were in sync with their management team on what specifically they needed to do with my project.

The biggest problem we encountered was a lack of consistency in regards to leadership of our project. We had 2 contractors leave during our 2 month kitchen remodel. It did not run smoothly. There were issues concerning an appliance we did not want to replace but because parts were broken when removing them, we had no choice but to buy a new one. The project took much longer than expected.

Everyone was simply wonderful. I would recommend them completely. They did a great job.

I was very, very, very impressed with their punctuality, their professionalism, their knowledge and how quickly they resolved my issues. They worked directly with the insurance company. Overall it was defiantly a 5 star rating all across the board. I would recommend they again and again and again.

Employees Professionalism - Being an older person living alone, these men made me feel comfortable and secure and did a super job of deconstructing my bathroom damaged by water from upstairs neighbors. Left the home in clean condition andmade certain the room was dry with no mold threat.

Awful. Project manager, Jose Samaniego, admitted he “forgot about us.” Never called us to tell us agreed upon date they could no longer come despite promising they could since we wanted painting done before carpet was replaced 3 days later. Never calls back. Cost my wife a full days pay as she took off to be home for them the day they were to come. Find another company. Unprofessional, unreliable, and irresponsible!!!

The two guys that were cleaning took very good care of our property as if it was their own. They cleaned pictures, and were very thorough and careful with everything. They always asked if it was okay before they moved or touched anything and they were very courteous.

Areas For Improvement - We were kind of in shock about the fire and I asked Liberty Mutual if someone could come in and just tell me what the damage was and they told me that the only way that they could tell was to send the cleaning company. 911 Restoration said I would need to rip out all of the walls and I trusted that but in the long run, I don't think the cleaning/clothing company needed to be involved. They took all of my belongings from the second floor and left me without things. I was given no choice in that part because they came that night and I was left with nothing.
