Everyone we encountered was easy to talk to, were patient answering questions, and were easy to get in contact with. Once the project started they uncovered some additional work needed that was not included in the quote but they absorbed it. Several photos were provided throughout the project to document progress and clearly show what was being fixed. Their work was thorough and did a great job of cleaning up once the project was complete.

Really appreciated that Ken N. brought a wide variety of material samples to review and discuss the pros and cons about, this was very informative and made making decisions on material selections much easier. The project management team was great with the communications, especially when issues came up and had quick and knowledgeable recommendations on best methods for repairs. Installation crews were very well organized each day, professional and easy to work with and communicate on project progress. Overall, working with 180 Contractors was a great experience and highly recommend their services to homeowners in need of roof, window and siding replacement.

180 Contractors did an excellent and thorough job with the installation of my new roof. I was very satisfied with the completed project. The total cost was fairly reasonable and much lower than other roofing contractors that I looked at.

There was no guesswork involved. Every person involved in the project was very communicative throughout and constantly updated me with pictures while they were working.

Didn't finsh the job. The gutters and front of garage look great. The side of garage you didn't do! It was in the quote. It's already unclipped and falling down!

I WENT INTO MY SEARCH FOR A NEW ROOF WITH DISTRUST AND TREPADATION AND ENDED UP GETTING 11 QUOTES FROM VARIOUS ROOFING COMPANIES AND I LEARNED ALOT IN THE PROCESS. MOST OF THE ROOFING COMPANIES PROVED TO BE LESS THAN SINCERE AND SOME EVEN CON-MEN. I NEEDED A COMPANY THAT WAS VETTED AND LEGITIMATE SO I RESORTED TO ANGIES LIST AND KEN FROM 180 CONTRACTORS WAS THE FIRST TO RESPOND, I LIKED KEN AS HE MADE SENSE AND EXPLAINED THE PROS AND CONS OF THIS VERY IMPORTANT DECISION. IT WAS OVER A MONTH WHEN I REACHED OUT TO KEN AGAIN AND INDICATED I WAS CHOOSING 180 CONTRACTORS FOR THIS PROJECT AND I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER THAT I DID SO!

We could not be more happy with the process from start to finish.

Having a roof leak in the middle of winter is a two-fold issue. Not only does the freezing and thawing allow water to enter your home in repeated small intervals, the ice and snow may prevent someone from getting on your roof and repairing the leak. So when our roof started leaking after a supposed repair by a different company, we knew it was time to get it permanently addressed. Enter 180 Contractors. Jim safely got onto our roof, assessed the problem, and provided two possible solutions based on what the repair crew might find when they started work. When the repair crew arrived, they also safely and expertly got onto the roof from a frozen deck. After assessing the damage, they thoroughly repaired the leak, going above and beyond to make sure no additional water entered our home. Once the work was complete, including pictures and video, they let us know that we were having significant ice damming in our upper gutters, and that there were minimally invasive solutions available to us once everything thawed out. We appreciate their dedication and skills, and we look forward to working with 180 Contractors in the future.

Happy with the whole experience from the first visit when Ken came out to give me an estimate to the day the roof was completed. I appreciated all the photos & video that Ken provided showing me that a new roof was necessary. Also, more photos were taken before, during & after the install by Jerry, the project manager assigned to me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.
