We loved the work that 180 did on our neighbor’s house. We asked our neighbor who he had used and that is how we first learned about 180. We were so grateful for his referral and we are going to continue to recommend 180 at every opportunity. Hopefully they will continue to do more work in our sub as a result.

I would absolutely have no problem recommending 180 Contractors to a friend. 180 Contractors were very knowledgeable and professional.

Very good experience with a professional team and great support. A few areas for improvement but overall it's closer to 5 starts than 4.

I had an excellent experience with 180 Contractors. My roof had a longstanding leak caused by a difficult problem area, and they took the time to address the underlying issue properly rather than simply replacing the shingles. The crew was professional and efficient, and the finished roof looks beautiful. I would absolutely recommend them

The process was simple and the company is engaged and reputable.

All crew teams were very prompt, respectful & professional. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Great workers, timely installation

This experience was how things were supposed to go! Very professional and great communication.

Great team and really did a terrific job.

Punctual

Not sure. There were some avoidable wrinkles that occurred.

It's very clear they are committed to excellent customer service and satisfaction.

From the initial inspection to the final walkthrough communication was excellent. The crew arrived early and completed the project the same day.

The entire experience was positive, professional, timely and gave me a sense of confidence in them as a company.

I wanted to put up a new light outside because they were putting in new soffits. I ordered the lights from Amazon, but there was very little clearance—I didn't account for the soffit, so what I bought was not going to work. They went to Home Depot, bought two lights, installed them, and set them up high so I could actually see my address on my porch. Everything fits beautifully the way they did it. That was something extra they did.

180 Contractors did an outstanding job re[lacing my roof and replacing the siding on my house. It took two days to totally remove and replace my roof and 4 days to totally remove and replace the siding and install new gutters

Our experience with 180 was positive throughout the process.

180 was wonderful to work with. Communication was excellent from start to finish. The craftsmanship is excellent, and our home looks beautiful.

It was good. There were just some issues until we really agreed on what needed to be done. It was a repair job, and the person who looked at the task at hand didn't have enough experience. However, in the end, everything was settled and completed as I wanted.

All members of the team were friendly and more than willing to accommidate my needs. they were all prompt and helpful.

Our Sales Rep Mark D was very knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and organized. He and his team always returned my call promptly. The installation team got the job done in one day to my satisfaction. They offered great options for financing, and the owner even followed up to make sure the work was done well. A local company, they have a great website and printed materials. Would highly recommend!

180 Contractors is very professional, polite and easy to work with. We were very pleased with the results of our home,

They were top-notch from the start to the finish.

I highly recommend this contractor due to their awesome customer service and communication, quality of product and quality of workmanship. The price was fair for the attention to detail that we received. This company was always available to not only answer all of my questions, but also in keeping us updated on our project that included a photo timeline on installation details. I never thought I would say this about a roof, but mine looks beautiful with all the colors in Black Sable! Thank you to the 180 Contractors crew who installed my roof and to everyone in the office who helped our project run so smoothly for us!

Excellent communication, very professional

Quite pleased with the estimate stage to final completion

They were timely, expedient, diligent and had great communication and coordination with each of their teams - as well as with me - their client.

I would highly recommend this company. So amazing from start to finish. My job wasn’t that big but there was no pressure to give me anything but what I initially wanted. All involved in the job were courteous and professional and after job was done a rep came out to make sure everything went well as far as installing and cleanup and to my satisfaction. So happy with 180 Contractors!!

My experience with 180 contractors was very smooth, Ken was very transparent about the initial inspection, and Sam was friendly and helpful during the project.

Professionalism……..open line of communication

Absolutely, one the best customer satisfaction experiences I have ever had.

They came out to the house, evaluated the problem, proposed a fix, provided a very reasonable quote and completed the work in short order and never tried to ‘sell’ us more than what was needed!

When we got a quote for siding from 180 Contractors, my main concern was a couple of bedrooms upstairs that were very cold. We purchased the highest quality siding with insulation and were told we would notice a difference in those upstairs rooms. However, we have not. They are still freezing-cold in the winter.

Everyone that I spoke with and worked with was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and responsive.

You gave me the feeling to be with a caring company that stood up for what you promised and that was a satisfying job well done.
Thank you

180 Contractors recently completed the placement of my roof. Initially I met with Ken, Project Consultant to review the options available to me. The informational materials presented were extremely concise and helpful in making an informed decision. Ken brought samples of materials that would be included in my selection. He was also very knowledgeable in the financing options they offer. I was able to provide the information to apply at that time and received a loan approval, so we were able to move forward with the scheduling of the project. Kudos to Al, Production Coordinator for keeping me informed regarding the installation timeline and Jerry, Project Manager for the installation team. With the colder weather closing in, I was grateful they were able to complete the project in one day. The communication provided by all was exceptional! I highly recommend 180 Contractors!!

180 Contractors did a fine job, showed up on time, and left the property in good shape.

Organized and prepared. Cleaned up the site everyday. Communicated daily on progress. The job was completed quickly and efficiently (there was activity everyday except one rainy day). Even the neighbors were impressed.

Well satisfied with the total work done by 180 Contractors.

These guys were great!! My roof was replaced quickly and efficiently. Everyone I talked to was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend these guys!

Honest and reliable company

The service was pretty good. The people are very helpful and responsive. They stayed close with us.

Exceeded expectations at every turn. Upfront prices, even under budget. Will recommend and you can use me as a reference.

Did an excellent job we're timely and I'd recommend them to anyone Sue Gore

They lived up to everything they promised me. They were punctual, courteous and did a good job.

Efficient and fast

Took the time to listen and explain everything in detail.

Everyone we encountered was easy to talk to, were patient answering questions, and were easy to get in contact with. Once the project started they uncovered some additional work needed that was not included in the quote but they absorbed it. Several photos were provided throughout the project to document progress and clearly show what was being fixed. Their work was thorough and did a great job of cleaning up once the project was complete.

Really appreciated that Ken N. brought a wide variety of material samples to review and discuss the pros and cons about, this was very informative and made making decisions on material selections much easier. The project management team was great with the communications, especially when issues came up and had quick and knowledgeable recommendations on best methods for repairs. Installation crews were very well organized each day, professional and easy to work with and communicate on project progress. Overall, working with 180 Contractors was a great experience and highly recommend their services to homeowners in need of roof, window and siding replacement.

Will definitely recommend
