Everything about this project has been positive, from the sales experience right through delivery - they listened to the problem and my concerns with how the previous repair failed. We discussed the approach and the repair would correct the issue. The on-site team were very communicative throughout the day letting me know the progress and what was remaining and what would be accomplished when. The work that was done and the clean up afterwards makes even hard to tell anything was done at all - which is the ultimate goal!

Areas Of Satisfaction - The biggest thing for us was maintaining communication about job start date, status, etc. We had a 4-5 month delay with another roofing contractor who finally conceded that he couldn't get to the job. This was through late fall and winter with a leak in our roof. That was incredibly frustrating, dishonest and unprofessional. 180 Contractors kept us advised on start dates. This was naturally affected by winter weather/ice, but we were always informed. They were also very good/meticulous about clean up. The guys also carried all the debris up the hill to be disposed at a location of my preference (in a bagster), so that was huge. Initial visit and consult as well as office communications was very good. Definitely felt that they cared and appreciated our business. All in all, very good customer service.
Current Referrals - Already referred 180 Contractors to a friend who is getting a new roof. I know they contacted you guys and you went to quote.
Additional Comments - We had some additional tasks done on our job, such as installing additional soffit vents and bathroom ducts. Additional pricing on those seemed very fair. The price also seemed fair on the main roof replacement. In my job, I decided to use the Waste Management bagster for disposal (cost me less than $200 vs. $500 for dumpster thru 180 Contactors). This was possible because we were only doing a roof section with less waste. That worked out well and something you may be able to mention to future customers on smaller jobs to manage cost and stay competitive. The $500 disposal fee was the discriminator for me in the original contractor selection. Obviously, for larger jobs the bagster would not be sufficient.
My experience with 180 Contractors was positive in every aspect from the initial estimate to the final completion. This is a professional, knowledgeable company with integrity, expertise and honesty. Having been the victim of a dishonest and deceitful contractor, it was an absolute joy to work with a company I could put complete faith and trust in. I would recommend 180 Contractors in the highest regard.
Sales Knowledge - Jimmy Watt was both knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process from start to finish. He was patient, answered any, and all questions, and made himself available at all times. A pleasure to work with.
Installation Crew - I was very impressed with the organization and professionalism of the installation crew under the direction of Jerry Wolfe. They arrived on time, worked very hard and diligently until the job was finished. The roof looks beautiful and even my neighbors have commented that I have the best looking roof on the block.
Clean & Safe - Both myself and my neighbors were very happy with the way the job site was kept clean and safe. My neighbors on both sides were very appreciative and told me so.
Problem Resolution - Jerry Wolfe effectively addressed the additional problems that were discovered and resolved all problems very effectively. I feel very secure now that my roof has been installed in the proper way. It's hard to put a price on peace of mind.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Jimmy came to our house multiple times to follow up while we were still shopping for quotes. Any time we had to call or email, he answered quickly. He also added extra plywood into our quote at our request. None of the extra wood was required and all credited back to us at the end of the job.

Schedule - They communicated about supply chain issues and scheduled right away when they arrived. It was significantly later than originally scheduled.
180 Contractors were very flexible and easy to work with. Entered a contract with them to prepare my house to go on sale, got an as-is offer, which caused me to cancel the contract, they offered a reasonable cancellation fee. Ultimately I received another offer on my house and re-engaged them to complete the work, and they credited the cancellation fee to the new contract. I had already purchased windows and they agreed to install them, and installed siding and new post on my front porch.
Installation Crew - Installation Crews were professional, friendly & quick workers. Even though we weren't replacing roof, noticed an issue with a roof vent and caulked it. They addressed any concern/questions I had when they were installing.
They did a great job, were very thorough, and cleaned up very well afterwards. We are very happy!
