Perez and their subcontractors provided excellent workmanship, once the construction started each subcontractor was on site to complete their expertise of work with no delays. I would highly recommend Perez.

It was such a pleasure working with Perez to plan out our projects and they worked hard to help us achieve our renovation goals and keep it within our budget. We both work from home so we knew it would be difficult living and working in our home once the work started, but they were understanding and accommodating. We love our newly renovated spaces!
