Kent Pochmara, the Salesperson, and the crews that replaced and painted our new siding as well as the crew that demolished and rebuilt our deck with a new screened in porch did a fantastic job. The crews were at the house first thing in the morning and stayed on the job until way past 5 or 6 pm in the evening. We are extremely happy with the end result and would highly recommend Painting Plus without hesitation.

I really think the carpenters and painters did a great job! I do not care for the managers of the project. There was not enough follow-up and professionalism from the project managers. There were times when Robert was scolding Chad right in front of me. Also, not enough skilled problems solving strategies such as the time when the new siding was coming up, suddenly part of my home's light system was not working. Robert came in and looked at my electric panel and said it was something wrong with my electric panel (too old). It turned out that my handy friend solved the problem: it turned one of the carpenters had accidentally nailed into the electric line. I told Robert this and he asked the carpenters to check for nails in a line. They found it, the problem solved!

PaintingPlus has been amazing. They replaced the majority of the siding on my two story house and exterior pool house, painted everything in three colors to match the exterior textures, painted out front porch, rebuilt the porch railing and whole host of other accent items. They are in the process removing a 30x10 back porch that was collapsing and roof starting to sag on the overhang. They are about 80% complete rebuilding it, supporting and releveling the roof, building a pony wall and screening it in. They also have added an exterior deck for grilling. It all looks awesome! Our house looks brand new. Oh and they are about to pressure wash and stain 900 lf of 8 ft high cedar fence. There is no job these guys can't do. Look no further, these guys are top notch quality and speed.

The only problem we had at all was a communication problem with some of the workers, most of whom spoke only Spanish. I think it would be great if one person on every crew spoke good English. Anthony Dallavalle was the very best salesperson/project manager ever! We have worked with him twice, and he is outstanding in the way he takes care of his customers!! We have recommended this company, and we will in the future recommend this company because of the care we got from Anthony!
