Like other successful companies in the industry, Merrick Construction, Inc. started out small and steadily grew into one of New Jersey’s leading custom home builders & remodelers. We are an established and well-known company in Rumson and Fair Haven, and have built a solid reputation among the residents and business owners in those towns and the surrounding areas. Our projects range from small renovations to 12,000 sq. ft. custom homes. Additionally, we are currently working on and have completed light commercial projects. The Merrick Construction team is dedicated to providing the highest quality work and greatest attention to detail with every project. One of the keys to providing outstanding service for our clients is the care and attitude we take in planning and scheduling our projects for success. We encourage an open and honest environment that capitalizes on the strength of the entire project team beginning in pre-construction through the construction closeout process. The Merrick Construction team consists of several key players. We have on-site project managers working in the field to make sure that all projects are running smoothly and efficiently. In addition, we have several high-end finish carpenters working on various projects and an office support staff available to answer the phone and email correspondence. It is important that our customers know that we are available to them if they have a problem or concern. Our customer’s are always satisfied with the service they receive from Merrick because the lines of communication are always open. Weekly meetings are scheduled with the home/business owner, which in turn, ensures that our customers are kept apprised on each phase of their project. All special order materials are reviewed and signed off on prior to ordering; this prevents incorrect orders and lost time.
