I like that it is not going to be overcrowded and I am not very far from major shopping between 15 to 20 minutes. there is however local stores between 5 to 7 minutes away. It would be exceptional if there was a biking trail I enjoy the process of buying a home here

No so disappointed, Sewer backed up first day we moved in. Sprinkler head and rain sensor not installed correctly. Refrigerator doesn’t work properly. Warranty is terrible . A month before they fix anything

For a first purchase our experience overall went well. This is also considering my own knowledge and family knowledge on things to look for and be attentive to. The quality of home is overall great as well. Plenty of space between us and the neighbors and in the home. It is starting to look like a great community.

The home is built with cheap craftsmanship. The quality of the build seemed rushed. There are defects everywhere.

I bought three homes from Starlight and all three have problems. The build quality is very poor.

I feel some starlight goes the cheaper way instead of the best way for the customer- for example double sinks in the master bathroom we should at least get the option of them. They only have 1 . Carpet in some areas were they know people what the vinyl flooring throughout the main areas- more cabinets in the kitchen and the stove and microwave should vent outside.
