In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

Craftmanship was adeequate but there is a list of followup fixes needed. The cleaning before closing was not complete. There should be a deep clean to remove drywall dust from all surfaces ( top of cabinets, in utility closet, attic stairs and railings, thresholds from patio and front door, etc). Overall...

I am very satisfied. Things are moving along very well. When I told them I wanted to hold off on paving, they agreed to that. I wanted it to be warm enough. I understand them waiting on the landscaping, once the ground settles. Thing are working out very well.

Overall Scarmazzi homes has been reasonable to deal with. The Service Manager has smoothed out what could have been significant problems. We are, however, disappointed in the number of problems that have cropped up.

This was one of the smoothest experiences we have had in building and/or buying a home. The staff was courteous, accessible and knowledgeable. Alan was always eager to answer questions and to accommodate our dates and times for walk throughs.

From the early "just looking" phase, working with Linda (with my many questions) on choosing a model that would fit my needs and on to the design aspect, everything was smooth.
