The developer run HOA management needs much improvement. The person running it is not helpful, defensive, and avoids helping. She also denies every being contacted on issues despite documentation.

Not that I wouldn't recommend them, but I just think some building materials have me questioning the quality. I know they do a lot of build, and it is hard to see a builder with mass-producing that has quality. I think they do a good job, and the customer service is good.it would be nice when I bought the house, if the landscaping come with it. And asking the owner's input on the landscape or giving option. I didn't have input. It's pleasant that they paid for it, but it would be nice to have input, like the type of tree and plants they put in the yard, front and back.

They do a good job and build with quality with no issues, and I would recommend staying on top of them, checking on them, being hands-on, making sure things are getting done, and crossing your t's and dotting your i's.

Eastbrook made the purchase and build process smooth and easy to understand. The sales and construction teams are friendly and do their best to respond to questions and concerns. The build quality was generally good, although a few issues required resolution after closing.
