I appreciated the care and thought that went into the entire process. Attention to detail. Respect for me and my property. Ability to deal with the inconvenience of working on a 4th floor condo as well as unexpected issues related to the building. The finished bathroom is amazing.

Bill would text to let me know that he was on the way, once here. He was very courteous. He would get to work and you would not know he was there. Unless you heard a noise. .I couldn't see how he worked in such a small space. I could go on and on about my experience with Dream Work I would be here all day!!! Lead Source - DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen was next door to the computer people that we use. We walked inside to meet with them. The person we were going to use was no longer available. We walked in and spoke with Eric, and we wish we had gone to them sooner.

Additional Comments - They were great people to deal with. They were very polite, well mannered, neat, showed up when they said they would show up, and cleaned up everyday before they left. It was a wonderful experience to deal with them, and I highly recommend them.

From the first meeting, I felt listened too. Everything was explained. Delays were explained, everyone who came to my home to work was professional and the work done is exceptional! I love my new kitchen

The whole experience was very positive and we ended up with exactly what we wanted.

Better communication from the team. Things went very well at the beginning but once it came down to the odds and ends the team would tell me that things would be completed on a certain day and then not show up. I had to call or text many times to ask (or remind) them when things would be completed.

I'm very pleased with the design, the workmanship and the results

No Trust with owners/managers. Poor business practices, underdelivered on many aspects of the contract. Company put our lives in risk with a gas leak and didn’t deliver what they said they would do. Employees don’t respect management and it was evident they were unhappy and rude to us. Very disappointed with entire process and would never recommend them.

I had said when I was there in court that I would stop by and see DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of East Georgia. Before I did, I stopped and talked to my girlfriend. I mentioned I saw a company for bath and kitchen in Swainsboro by the courthouse, and I did not know they were there.
