Lead Source - I went to court and saw the name for bath and kitchen, and I knew I wanted to do work on my kitchen. I had said when I was there in court that I would stop by and see DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of East Georgia. Before I did, I stopped and talked to my girlfriend. I mentioned I saw a company for bath and kitchen in Swainsboro by the courthouse, and I did not know they were there. She said she had some work done with DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of East Georgia and that I would be satisfied. I pulled them up and started reading their reviews and decided I would try them out.

Our remodel project journey was made remarkably smooth thanks to the incredible team assigned to our project. From the beginning, their professionalism, creativity, and dedication shone through, leaving us with an outcome that exceeded all expectations.

From the first time we reached out to the conclusion of the project we were very satisfied with the experience. We hired to remodel a master bathroom which was built in the 80's and looked like bunker. With great communication since the first email, they helped us with the design and layout of the bathroom and walked through the whole experience in a very calm and positive way. Once they started, as they promised, it took two weeks (and one more day to adjust small things). During the two weeks, they made all efforts to keep the place clean and with minimal disturbances of or lives. We do have another bathroom, which helped. We very much recommend them and will be hiring them again to redo the other bathroom (and small kitchen project) very soon.

You know they will do their best to remodel to your bath/kitchen to look and feel well worth it.

We have always felt relieved to have Verl Dyer (of DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of NW DC) in charge of a home project, from simple repairs to large improvements. Over the many years, Verl has replaced the wood floor, created built-ins, installed kitchen backsplash tile, replaced historic windows, and completely remodeled the bathroom. He has also done countless projects for our small condo building. We can always count on Verl for better quality and personal attention.

Clean - Every day, Sergey and Tyler organized their tools, cleaned their workspace, and staged for the following day's work, with military precision. Every week, they pulled up their entire work layout so there was no impact to our home from the work equipment over the weekend. In particular, the careful sorting and organization of tools and equipment within the worksite (in a place the homeowners did not see) speaks to their cleaning and organization for *themselves,* not just out of some concern for the homeowner -- that they use that organization as a part of their incredible quality of work.

Site Security

Site Security - Since I would be in and out of the house, and the workers would be upstairs where they might not know when someone could walk into my front door, I was concerned about the house being left open/unlocked. The project manager placed an automatic deadbolt on my front door (temporarily) so that door could remain locked all of the time. When the project was finished, that temporary deadbolt was removed and my regular deadbolt re-installed. Good solution for someone concerned about security.

Lead Source - Several years ago I saw a notice for a free webinar. I attended several of the webinars presented and was impressed with the organization, values, etc. Although that was several years before I actually decided to "bite the bullet" and do something, I remembered my impression of Dream Makers. After doing some reviewing possibilities online, including Dream Makers, I went with my first choice, and made an appointment for a "free tour" and drove to Swainsboro to check it out.
