Cabinet doors came loose. My granite counter top feels like it needs polished...very rough.

We are very happy with our kitchen remodel. The look is just what we wanted. Timely, polite, helpful, considerate! Highly recommended!

I am really impressed with Dream Kitchen & Supply. The workers are exceptional. However, there was a mix up on the number for the backsplash I wanted. I had to wait longer to get the right one. Other than that everything they did with the cabinets was great and I have no complaints at all.

Phil was wonderful to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about everything we had questions about. He was a pleasure to work with. The cabinet installers also were extremely nice and efficient.

We were satisfied overall with how the job turned out. However, they would not resolve our problem with a floor tile that did not match. They left several aspects of the job unsatisfactory until we pointed them out (paint job, ceiling texture job, an undersized panel). They promised 1 year of coverage if we found a problem. We found a floor tile to not match the rest of the floor. They may have fixed if if we had not made the final payment, but we told them after we paid. They would not resolve this. This failure to back up their work spoiled the experience for us.

They stumbled on every step of this kitchen and that is unrecoverable. It wasn't just one thing, it was they didn't complete the work, ordered the wrong color cabinets, and left it in such a state of disarray when they were done. I still have where they damaged the ceiling some paper and paint that came off. They said they would fix it, but they didn't. I gave up trying and asking. I got so tired of nagging them to do the job that I just let things go. I just wanted them out of my house.

Phil was easy to work with, prompt, and courteous when I called. His installers were wonderful about any changes or any additions I wanted to make and would suggest ideas for me. They were a wonderful company to work with!
