I have used them twice. The first windows were great. The windows they just put in, one already needs to be replaced. I had two inch wood blinds in my house. When I had my sunroom done, they asked me to remove the blinds, which I did. I was never told my two inch blinds wouldn't fit in the frame after the windows were installed. I have all this money invested in blinds that I can't use.
