I was disappointed with the salesman because they said they were going to match what I already had. I was replacing one out of four windows. The one stands out now because they are so different. I had a prewired security system, they cut one of the wires, and now I will have to rewire the whole house. The salesman was supposed to call me over a week and a half ago and has not. I was not pleased with their sales team. They have ghosted me, not returning calls after several attempts on my part.

Sales rep was knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. From the time of placing order to install went smoothly. My windows look great.
