Easy from ordering to meaning and installing. The people were very nice and respectful of property. The two windows look very nice inside and the trim outside is perfect. Travis the salesman was very good. He was personable and had great suggestions.

Have already started to recommend and will continue to do so.

The whole process could have been better.

You could not explain what you were doing during the installation because your installer could not speak English. My house was left, covered with plastic dust all over the walls and furniture and in between the window and screens my shutters were not reinstalled.

Unfortunately the wrong windows were ordered

i am still waiting for window nation to come back and fix caulking on main window i was told they would make an appointment to fix it but never heard from them for over a week

Still waiting for the flex screens. The windows came with two different screens.

The sales guys that came to my house mentioned a few times about how it was Sunday. If you don’t want to work sundays then don’t work for a company that is open on weekends. Also he seemed annoyed when I needed him to repeat himself. I’m spending a lot of money on windows I want to know what I’m buying…The communication with the HOA department wasn’t great, the first email said they would check in weekly but they didn’t. It took 3 times for them to finally tell me what the issue with the permit was.

The job site was clean they were very attentive too what they were doing a great group of guys professional at the installation of the windows!we are very happy with window nation!!

The windows were done professionally. They were well done and I was very satisfied with them.

There was 1 window which they did not measure correctly , my inside wood on the window is loosing the silicon , if you guys are fixing the windows from outside you guys should fix from inside . I now need to get a separate carpentor to fix the frames from inside , this process was not communicated when your sales man came to give the quotation .

I have a couple of issues with the window and have tried to reach the guy from window nation who told me to call him if I have any issues I have made numerous calls and left message since the completion of the windows and have never heard back

Everything was fine. The windows were what they showed us and the installation guy was very nice.
