Yes, very thorough

I did extensive research on four different companies and Top Tier was my final choice base on their reputation, professionalism, transparency, and customer service.

Service was great. Work completed in one day and everything was cleaned up nicely.

Great communication during the job by the manager. The crew was very professional and they worked very hard!

The whole process went extremely smoothly, from getting the quote to the final installation.

Excellent experience, very professional and pleased with how our new roof looks

Seamless, from beginning to end. Prompt replies to any questions/concerns. A++

Very professional and it went very smooth.

TopTier was great to work with. From receiving the estimate from Vinny, to scheduling with Jessie, and during installation with Becky, the team was pleasant to work with. A great family-owned small business who do quality work.

Amazing Job - Love it!! Our thanks to Jason, Jessie, Becky (aka Aunt Becky), Carlos and all the hard working crew.

we have been asked several times who did the job (thanks for the sign in our front yard). Also Tom gave your number to someone who has a family member in Marcellus and he just got told they signed with you.

Thank you so so much we are well pleased with everything. :)

Every stage of the roofing process was made easier with hiring Top Tier. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Everyone was very friendly and caring. I would absolutely recommend Top Tier. We couldn't have been happier with the entire process. No
