Jason was awesome in explaining what materials are used and the choices available to pick from. To have samples of materials to show was a huge plus. Taking pictures by phone and drone were helpful in him explaining what issues he saw. There was no sales pressure. He knew exactly what shingles were to be used from a previous renovation we had done in 2021 that included new shingles then…so the entire roof matches perfectly now.
Leo, the crew Forman was easy to speak with and explained what was being done by the crew. Our roof did end up being an almost complete tear off and he explained what was seen when the old shingles were taken off and Leo said he would never put all new materials over plywood that was certainly not in good shape. That was a great call on his part.
Becky came to check on the job in the afternoon and I had a very nice chat with her. Becky is so very down to earth and personable and truly cares about all the crews with the company and cares deeply how the homeowner feels about the work being done and the outcome.
We will certainly highly recommend Top Tier. I already have on a social media site. Very happy we went with Top Tier!
