I am likely to recommend Top Tier. Workers were efficient getting the job completed in a timely manner and the property was cleaned very well.

Just concerned with one small section of the roof, near the peak, where one level meets another roofline.

Initially tear down they didn’t leave any area accessible by anyone coming in or out of house and we have dogs it was a nightmare walking over debris and nails w dogs trying to avoid injury
The sales person that sold me the roof didn’t make sure what I thought I was getting got done I specifically pointed out and discussed a area Ice formed only area on my house that had any issue at all
And how I wanted that spot better with new roof and no ice problem Shane informed me they would take care of it double layer some ice protection and I wouldn’t have the issue again with my new roof. This was a complete tear off and re-roofed low and behold the roof was done, and the icicle was bigger with a new roof than it was previously and now I have ice issues on many parts of my roof never had it with the old roof?

The quality workmanship on the roof was good. There was a communication issue between the salesman and the field crew regarding the tie-in to the adjacent townhouse which was never really resolved to complete satisfaction. The site foreman left early leaving the crew foreman in charge whose native language was Hispanic causing another communication issue. The crew arrived late and stayed 'til it was nearly dark making a final inspection near impossible. Clean-up was very good and the contractor made good on reparations for a couple of minor damages caused during the project.
