They were very professional, especially when it came to getting my insurance company to do the work. I was in a bad situation after a tornado, and they showed up and worked with me. I couldn't be more thankful for them.

I was very, very, very pleased with the workmanship and the workers themselves. They would show up at like 7 or 7:30 in the morning and wouldn't leave until at least 5, sometimes 6 or 7 in the evening. They were trying to get it done before there was any foul weather. I was very pleased with them. Their attitude and workmanship were the reasons for my five-star rating. The only downside I had with Tim Leeper Roofing was with the gentleman we signed the contract with and came to collect the final payment. I didn't really care too much for his attitude. If I wasn't recommending Tim Leeper Roofing, it would likely be because of that individual. He was very indifferent to the completion of the work. I did point out one area to him where a shingle was being held up by something. He said it was just the rain guard, which was true, but it's because the rain guard wasn't put back on the gutter properly. He didn't do anything about it before leaving. I didn't care for him. I was glad Tim Leeper Roofing was able to work with another company we had working inside the house to take care of the damage from the roof leak. They were taking care of some stuff that caused them to cut into the roof from above to take care of the problem below. Tim Leeper Roofing's people worked well with the contracting company, so the only downside, to me, was the business manager and his attitude and indifference toward the problem. I haven't been able to get up there and correct it yet. It's not a big issue, but I thought he would have been more concerned. The price went up to $3000 when we had a delay, but we heard a lot about Tim Leeper Roofing, so it wasn't a big issue. The crew and the supervisor worked well together. They had the right number of people there from the beginning. They seemed to work well together. There was no cussing and no complaints between the workers.

They did good. They cleaned up and were out in a day. I think I was here.

They did very good work for me. I am very satisfied. They were easy to work with . They did what they said they would do. I will hire them again.

Tim Leeper Roofing had to come back out three times in order to get the job halfway right. They had to tear off about a third to half of my roof after they had already laid it, as they did not lay the right underlayment. They did not nail down the attic vents and just covered them with shingles. The drip edge was missing in places, and Tim Leeper Roofing provided shabby workmanship.

I would 100% recommend any person needing a new roof. They were on time and fast. Cleaned up there mess and communicated the entire time. There was a mistake made with the insurance stuff and Tim Leeper roofing offered the make up the difference. It all worked out in the end, but they were willing to eat the cost to make us happy.

They came when they said they would come. The report they gave me covered all of the issues. When they were ready to install the roof, due to the weather, they kept in touch with me. The roof looked nice after completion.
