Everyone was great and the work done is perfect. It took longer than expected as there were delays, but I am pleased with the results.
Specialty Restoration of Texas responded to our flood in our house quickly even though it was 8:30 pm. They were able to vacuum out most of the water and worked late into the evening. They were very courteous and explained the process of all the fans they brought in to help dry out the carpet. I would recommend them to help you with your issues in regard to flooding in your home.
Specialty Restoration of Texas took too long, over four months to complete work that should have taken only a month. They made extra work and expense for themselves when their sub broke a granite counter top, when they miss-positioned a bathroom vanity, broke a floor tile, broke a backsplash tile, repeatedly failed to make accurate miter joint cuts on baseboards, left unacceptable gaps in baseboard and cabinet molding joints, scratched the stainless steel oven door and installed the oven in a non-level position and failed to check and ensure it was level. The owner had to repeatedly point out flaws in workmanship and insist on it being done right. Project manager failed to keep the owner informed on scheduling and changes in the schedule.
The use local contractors which you can probably find for yourself and get a better quality of work done.
The contractor who installed my laminated flooring did an excellent job,
It was awesome. They worked well, were on time, and were very friendly.
What I most appreciated was the pleasant attitude that I encountered daily. They always advised me of extras as I requested them. They were helpful in the design phase as to what made sense and what would a waste of money.
Tracey was very easy to work with and addressed every concern we had with this major bath remodel. We would recommend the service to anyone needing turnkey help from concept to shopping list.
Jenkins has shown a superior attitude with the repair.
There was a bubble in the ceiling upon job completion, they came back to fix it since it has a one-year warranty. However, the bubble is still there. Things look slightly different than I had anticipated them looking. However, if that is the best quality I can get, then so be it.
