I have done several remodels and I have never had such a wonderful experience before! Everything I needed to have done was addressed! Communication could not have been easier or better! From the moment I filed a claim with USAA the process started! Joe dispatched a crew to come get everything packed up and put in a mini storage container. Everyone was cheerful and polite and so very comforting amongst all the chaos of the damage! Donna was in her element, keeping track of what was damaged and getting all my antiques carefully packed or cleaned! Every detail was managed!! Melanie was a step ahead of every detail for the restoration! Not a minute was wasted. People were here every day, and every step flowed smoothly into the next. The professional team used gave us the highest level of excellence! Donna and her team made sure the house was made livable and comfortable throughout the restoration! I couldn’t be more satisfied and I have raved to everyone about my experience with this company!! I can’t say thank you enough to this company! Well done!!

Recognized Excellence - Regular Army Veteran here, and I believe in the "1 TEAM 1 FIGHT" motto; everyone that had a hand in completing the project was exceptional.

BEMA performed outstanding in all components of interior clean up and restoration. Although I was not on location, Project Manager communicated directly with me throughout the project.

Bema Restoration is proficient, but they did miss some details.

Should an event like this happen again, I would hope that USAA selects Bema Restoration to resolve my problems. I think they will select Bema Restoration because this is the second time they have had Bema Restoration come to do repairs for me.
